Bless Banjo's Surgery

Bless Banjo's Surgery Raising Funds to help my parents pay for the surgery, medications and after care I need. Hello friends, my name is Banjo. We've been through a lot together.

I've had 8 happy years to practice my award-worthy "Puppy-Eye's", which I'm putting to the test with this here fundraiser I've put together to help my mom, dad and auntie pay for this surgery I desperately need! I've been with my forever mommy for almost 8 years to the date. We assume I was around 5 or 6 weeks old when she rescued me. Mom met the man I call Dad when I was about a year and a half o

ld. I knew we were going to get along great because he loves to play and nap just as much as I do! But even as cool as Dad is, nothing in this world holds a candle to my Mom! I know she is just as much as lost without me, as I am without her. The bond between a mommy and her little girl is something very special, indeed. I'm a dog who loves to explore and go on adventures. The only thing that really scares or stresses me out is being without my mom. Which is probably why she lets me go anywhere I want with her. But a while back I came home from one of my adventures covered in dirt, weeds, grass, you name it, and it was stuck to me that day. I haven't figured out why but for some reason I get crazy amounts of joy from rolling myself in piles of stuff, and the secret is... The smellier - THE BETTER!! This time something was different though. When I woke up the next morning, a small lump had developed close to the base of my tail. It didn't so much hurt as it was just irritating. I was afraid to show Mom and Dad because I didn't want to get in trouble or get my tail cut off.. If there ever came a day where I couldn't wag my tail anymore - might as well just put me to sleep because what's the point, right..?! A few days later, you couldn't help but notice that lump which had gotten a little bigger and was bleeding now. Mom immediately freaked out and she drove me to nearly every single Veterinary Clinic in town. When we walked through the doors at Airport West Veterinary Clinic, we were greeted with smiles FINALLY eager to help! After inspection, the Doggy Doctor took me back to my mom and explained that I needed surgery to remove this badly infected lump before the infection spreads through my bloodstream and into my heart. So here we are today, humbly asking for any size donation to help get me back to good health. I'm not as spunky as I was before this thing invaded my tail. As of Tuesday Feb 8th I now have a fever and I've lost my appetite, which I know it must be bad now because I lOVE to eat! Please share my fundraiser page with anyone you know who love's animals. The more people we can share this jounrey with, the sooner I can get the help I need. Thank you for your love and support. I will keep you all updated as things progress. God Bless!
