Hey guys! It’s not too late to make an appointment to get your special pups in for a spruce up before Christmas! We have a few slots left for haircuts and plenty left for baths so please call or text to reserve a spot!
* We respond to calls as quick as we can but texting results in a quicker response. A text is easier for us as we work with live animals and don’t need to take as much time to respond 💕

We have recently been notified that we are having an issue with our voicemail. We are trying to resolve this issue. Keep in mind we do try to get the phone as best as we can. It is with heavy hearts that we announce Kasi’s mother Jayni passed away towards the end of December. Many of you knew her from the time she worked side by side with Kasi at ImPAWSible Impressions. Jayni deeply enjoyed interacting with all the clients and building a deep connection with the dogs. We are asking for everyone to respect the family’s privacy during their grieving process.

As of Sunday we have had to come to a very hard decision to close down the shop for the week. Unfortunately Alisha has been in contact with someone positive with Covid and we feel it is most responsible to wait out the results before she returns. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone and will keep everyone updated with any changes.

🌟🌟🌟Good morning everyone!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Thank you to everyone who has been patient and kind during this time!! We are doing our best to stay up with the calls while continuing to get everyone within a reasonable time. Given the unexpected turn of events for Kasi’s delivery plan and a longer recovery we won’t anticipate her being back to groom until February. With that being said, again Alisha will continue to be grooming. We ask for continual patience and understanding and just know everything will be back to normal soon!!

Good morning Everyone!!

***BABY UPDATE!***

For those of you who did not know, Kasi was due to take time off in January to have her baby girl. Things have changed and she ended up delivering 7 weeks early. Both are doing well but this will mean she will be taking time off earlier than planned.

Luckily we have another very skilled groomer (Alisha Pierce) on our team, who we couldn’t be happier to have. She has been trained by Kasi and has worked side by side with her for over a year. She will be taking over for a little bit as Kasi works to get back to the shop.She is currently out of the shop until Tuesday but will be back and ready to go! We ask that everyone please be patient and understanding at this time as some things will change-but our goal is to keep things going smoothly!

We appreciate all of the support ahead of time and will see everyone next week!

Hi everyone!😁 🐶

We can't believe it is already September! Where has this year gone? We have been very busy tending to your pups to keep them the best looking they can be!

We just wanted to let everyone know that a few things are changing:
Starting today, September 1st, our new hours of operation will be 8:30am to 2:45pm.
We are still going to be appointment based and we will require if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We plan our estimated pick up times around the fact that we work with live animals who aren't always a fan of the process as well as bathroom accident clean-ups and a list of other common interruptions that happen (Plus limited kennels). It is very important that our scheduled appointments are on time for pickup and drop-off.

We appreciate everyones support and look forward to seeing everyone! Thank you.
