Cedar Hill Training Center a small family owned horse training stables located between Yelm and Rainier is looking for weekend help. Duties include stall cleaning, feeding watering, scrubbing water buckets for 15-17 stalls/horses. Pay negotiable and DOE. Experience around horses is required. After winning the “best horse training 2022” category for the Best of Nisqually Valley We thought it would be nice to tell folks a little more about us (thanks for reading):
Cedar Hill Training Center
“Where the Horse Comes First and Winning Comes Naturally” that’s been our slogan as long as we can remember.
Crystal Hornbuckle-Baker has been professionally training horses from the ground up for 34 years. She loves and works with all breeds but has a real passion for the Arabian horse. She loves creating happy well trained show horses and is a big believer that trail riding, ranch work and other disciplines make every horse well-rounded and create stronger partnerships with their riders.
Married to her husband Mike for 26 years, he helps out and is focused on being a working cowboy and cattleman. Mike enjoys working for a variety of ranches and tending to his own small herd of cattle. He loves his working ranch horse partners and relies on them to get his work done.
We both believe that we are always learning and growing in our passions and we welcome like-minded people to join us.
