Spending our summer days doing what we love! ☀️ What a great weekend it was for our team this weekend at the Sue Roger’s Tribute Barrel Race! 🔥
Although the weekend didn’t end how I had hoped with Cactus and I, we pulled off a great run on Saturday getting a new PR with a 15.9.
Audree and Mr. Shorty continue to improve, hitting a new PR on Friday with a 16.5 to follow it up with what would have been a 16.3 on Saturday hitting a barrel.
Lyla and Boots competed for their first time and went out on Saturday to run a great time setting her new personal PR at 16.9!
We are excited to continue seeing these teams progress, with some big things coming in the future! 🤩

Weekend trail rides for our students! ☀️
If you’re a current student and interested in going on a trail ride, make sure to talk to your instructor to get it scheduled. For those who are interested in trail rides, and learning overall horsemanship as well as what horseback riding entails, reach out now! We offer lessons to ages 7+, with no experience required, on our wonderful lesson horses.

No better way to spend the 4th of July! 🇺🇸
What an amazing weekend we had at the WCBR Firecracker Race! Thankful to be coming home with healthy horses and healthy riders, and such fun memories with friends.
Audree and Mr. Shorty have been working hard to break their PR and get out of the 17s. This weekend this team put it all together running their fastest time on Saturday with a 16.9, only to beat that on Sunday with their new PR of 16.7! 🤩 Saturday they brought home a check in Novice 3D!
Cactus and I worked on smoothing our turns and fine tuning, bringing home an Open 5D check on Saturday! Staying consistent all weekend, and ready to add more speed in at the next race!

Boots & Bling race was a success for our KRK Jackpot Performance Team 💎 Our riders put the work in with early mornings and late nights taking care of their horses and working towards their goals! With each rider improving every day, not only with their times but with cleaning up their patterns, we couldn’t be more thrilled. What a great way to start off our summer races!

We have our last gymkhana of the season THIS WEEKEND! It has been such an honor to watch all of our students grow through the year, with major improvements in riding skills, but most importantly great sportsmanship and focus on proper horsemanship to take care of their equine athlete partner.
Joining one of our performance teams is a great way to get the rider more goal focused allowing for a greater skill set to grow with better self initiation in lessons, as well as learning by responsibility for something other than themselves. This is seen both in the ways they help their teammates prep mentally, care for the horses before after and during their rides, and the preparation that goes in to their lessons on a weekly basis! If you’ve had interest in competing, either in gymkhanas or local jackpots, reach out now! Spots fill up quickly on our lesson horses. If you’re looking to get an introduction to riding with no prior experience, or wanting to fine tune skills, we have a spot for you! Our jackpot team has been busy this year! With big goals to meet, our riders have been putting in the work behind the scenes and it’s showing. Both Camden and Cactus, as well as Kirra and Reno, got a new PR reaching new speeds while maintaining control - with Camden getting her first run in the 15s! Audree and Shorty smoothed out some issues, and are showing major progress in the fluidity of their runs. 🔥
