Private Protection Training
We offer private lessons, not only for obedience and behavior modification, but also for protection sports and personal protection training.

This is Baloo.
He's an extremely special big guy.
He is a 1yr old 95 lb male Labradoodle.
His owners are looking for an active home for him with children to keep him entertained and busy.
He is THE SWEETEST boy and is very happy and easy-going. He loves everyone and is great with all animals. He has done our two-week Board and Train program (that is him in the video on day 14 with us.) The owners are looking for a family that will continue his training with us in our Intermediate and Field Trip classes, as well as will certify him with TDI (Therapy Dogs International) through us. Because of his amazing solid temperament, Baloo deserves all of this.
* We have posted a couple images of him down below in the comments also *
The current owners will be interviewing families to find him the perfect home. We are assisting them with this process.
If your family is interested in adopting Baloo, please email us with information about your family and home situation, and prior dog experience (including any training experience you have had) to - [email protected]
Two fun things to do with your dog in the snow... 🥰😍
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BOARDING AND TRAINING
The information provided below is to help you make an informed decision, before you choose to have someone train your dog for you. We have heard some really terrible stories from our clients that took their dog to be trained elsewhere, before bringing them to us. (Dogs coming back in horrible physical condition, sick. injured, covered in fleas and ticks, with mange, filthy, and that were not even trained!) We hope that we can help dog owners avoid a similar situation.
Shockingly, many dog owners will give their dog to the first place that has room to take them for training (or just want the cheapest place.) Unfortunately, we can't say, "you get what you pay for" in this case, because we have heard many horror stories about people paying several thousands for training, and then after the place (or trainer) had their dog for 5 - 6 weeks or more, their dog isnt even able to pass our Basic Level that we teach in just two weeks! This makes us so sad! That's such a waste of money, and we feel sorry for the dogs having to go through all that!
PLEASE do your HOMEWORK! Do research before shelling out thousands and handing your dog over to someone for training!
Below is all the information about what WE offer and what we do with the dogs we take in for training, so you can compare what we do, to everyone else. We hope that this will help you make the right decision for your dog (and your wallet!)
This is "Baloo" (a 1 yr old Labradoodle) on day 14 of his training with the trainer. He had no obedience training before we got him for training and was actually quite the handful both on leash and in the house.
He stayed at the trainer's home for the duration of his two-week training. This is our Basic Level (our lowest level of Board and Train.)
In addition to obedience, we also include the following training;
- To wait at all doors
- Wait to eat
- To go in a crate or kennel on command (including loading up in the car into a
We were very busy this past Labor Day Weekend teaching classes and doing lots of private lessons Friday - Sunday! Many of our clients made working with their dog a priority over the Holiday weekend :)
Here is some footage from our Intermediate Obedience Class this past weekend (with a terrific group of handlers and dogs!) 🥰
