Is a 47 year old elite Angus Cattle sale, started by Jess Bontecou from Rally Farms of Millbrook NY. This change to the "Cow Power" name instead of Rally Farms sale was to promote a better relationship with long term Angus breeder co-signers to the Rally Farms annual sale which ran annually for 43 years, until the decision was made to change the sale name to "Cow Power" to make it more appealing to co-signed Angus breeders in the sale.

Since the which to the “Cow Power” name the sale has sold many elite Angus cow families throughout the United States, has become a well know Angus Sale name for New York Angus Breeders, as well as other Angus Cattle breeders along the East Coast of the United States.
