We are also a no-rush or pressure salon. Our reputation is that we take the time necessary to complete the pampering of the furbaby.

Strut Your Pawz Grooming prides itself in working along many rescues. As a SYPG groomer you will also be tasked with grooming rescues from various partnered rescues. We have clients that travel from Pittsburgh and as far south as Fairmont West Virginia. As such, We do not want place a minimum on groomers daily or weekly.

*MUST have experience as a Pet Groomer, Cat Experience is a plus and opens up greater range of clients.*

As you know Hospaws is no longer open.
I am asking that each of our volunteers please go to PawsAcrossPittsburgh.Com and please, please fill out a foster or volunteer application.
We desperately need help with dogs and cats.
Fill out the volunteer form if you are interested in clerical, transports, or in home care.
Foster forms are just for fosters.
You will be put into a specific group where you can just pick and choose who you can help with.

Foster Needed

Bindi needs a place to stay starting Nov 21. Her dad is hospitalized and her current foster will be away for the week.
She is good with cats, and ok with dogs but really prefers to be the only dog In the home.
She loves to be with people and whines when someone new comes around. She also enjoys walks.

After almost 9 years of serving our community, Hospaws will be closing our doors.
We appreciate all the love and support we have received during this time.
We could not just close up shop and walk away knowing how much this service is needed so we are working with Paws Across Pittsburgh and their S.A.F.E (Short-term Animal Fosters for Emergencies) program.
We would like to encourage all of our fosters and volunteers to fill out a volunteer or foster application at Pawsacrosspittsburgh.com
Our last day for intakes under Hospaws is Oct.31, our final day of business will be Dec.31. At that time, anyone still in Hospaws care will be transferred to S.A.F.E
If you or someone you know needs a short term foster please fill out the SAFE request form that can be found on their website.

11 Yr old female chi is at Presbyterian Hospital and needs picked up.
Good with cats and kids but has never been with dogs.
Foster needed 1-2 weeks.

He is not neutered but is up to date on all shots and p*e pad trained.
He would do best in a quiet home without other pets or small kids.
