Since we will be closed all day tomorrow for the Fourth of July 🎆 we ask that anybody needing medication for the celebration call in before 2pm. Any new prescription requested after that time will NOT be filled. As always, all medications need picked up by 6pm tonight and normal hours will resume on Friday July 5th.

UPDATE: Owner has been found. Thanks to everyone who helped!

We are looking for the owners of a neutered male orange and white cat, he was found injured this morning by the Marsh warehouse in Yorktown and brought into the clinic for treatment. Please contact us if you are missing a cat that fits the description.

UPDATE: He is reunited with his family!

‼️LOST DOG ‼️

A lady came in saying she found this dog roaming her yard. It’s a 84.5Lbs Male, Golden Retriever, not microchiped and he wouldn’t let us see if he was neutered or not. He’s a very sweet boy and knows basic commands. He sat very well on the scale for me while getting his weight. He was found roaming in Yorktown, off Andrews road close to Casey’s gas station. The lady who found him is going to be driving around to nearby neighborhoods and knocking on doors to help find his owner. I will not be putting her name or contact information on here but call us at 765-759-2206 if he is yours with proof and we will get you in contact with her. She said she will hold onto him for the remainder of the day while looking for his owner but she’s unable to hold him for a long period of time and she will have to take to a shelter if we cannot find his owners soon.

Please share and help us get him back to his family.

We are helping Emily Samon find Messiah the perfect home! A while ago Messiah was loose and animal control and others tried catching her but failed. Emily tried catching her multiple times and eventually got her. She has taken Messiah into her home but can’t keep her so we are trying to find her the Pefect home. Below is more information about the sweet girl. Please reach out to us or Emily directly if you are interested or know someone who is. Emily will be doing vet checks & meet and greets to help ensure that she goes to a good home.

Everyone meet Messiah. She is a 1 1/2 year old mixed breed who’s a very sweet and loving dog when she warms up to you and trusts you. She becomes a velcro dog and doesn't wanna leave your side.

Good with cats
House trained
Kennel trained
Loves car rides
Loves squeaky balls
Loves playing fetch
Love treats
Walks well on leash unless she sees people or dogs.
Spayed
Update on shots
Negative for heartworm

Bonnie Krupa (ACT) is offering free training in her new home.
Will come with her kennel, harness, collar, leash, dog bowl.
Nervous Nelly personality it takes time for her to warm up to people and trust them. She needs people to respect her boundaries and go at her pace.
Be patient.
She is an anxious dog and taking prozac.
She is reactive to people she doesn’t know.
She seems to have a fear of men initially.
Prefers females humans over males humans but does okay with males once she trusts them.
Does bark at people and noises she doesn't not know.
She is a very sensitive dog. She tends to feed of the emotions of her handler. Would benefit from having someone who has had dogs before.
Messiah is a dominant dog!
Does well with a submissive dog friend.
She is reactive to dogs that she doesn’t know!
Energetic but also can be laid back.
Knows no
Knows sit, lay down, stay, leave it

Is very food motivated.
She loves human attention and affection.
