The passing of a great little dog, K9 Faith.

Being a dog trainer we tend to get caught up in the fast pass of daily life and we over looking the very beginnings of some of these great animals 🐾 and what they accomplished in their career with their human partner.

Around 2015 Dan Kissin reached out asking if there was anyway I could help look at the airports new drug dog. Basically it was a train wreck and the handler was given the dog with zero help. With funds very very limited ole Faith was it to make or break her into being drug dog.
Lots went into structuring the training and in the end it went great. It was truly a team effort by her, Rob and I.

K9 Faith crossed the rainbow bridge last Friday due to age and health issues.

Faith retired on November 1, 2020. In just six years, Det. Minter and Faith were responsible for the arrest of numerous drug traffickers, the seizure of millions of dollars, and countless K9 demonstrations for community organizations and schools. Sad to watch, the old saying always went, When people get scared they call the police. When the police get scared they call the K9. But this police dog seriously is a pet and probably lives in the home. This is a very high probability what you will get when the police dog is living in the home dog, failure! Small percentage can have the balance.
