We are a grow to order urban farm. All our orders for the week are planted on the upcoming Monday. Then it is a 10 day grow cycle and a day to harvest. Harvest day is every Thursday. Delivery will be on the following weeks Friday, 12 days after planting. We offer delivery every Friday! Sign up for one of our weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions on our website. We serve restaurants too.
All our microgreens and herbs are organically grown indoors using vertical farming techniques. We do not use any pesticides, herbicides, or artificial fertilizers.
We offer FREE local delivery on ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS and orders above $25 or there is a $5 delivery fee.

Simple as that!

For me, it’s all about choosing foods that are naturally made, not engineered. I prefer traditional fats that have stood the test of time over processed oils created in factories. 🌿

Natural fats like butter, tallow, olive oil, and coconut oil are minimally processed, preserving their nutrients and making them a healthier choice. Meanwhile, factory-made oils undergo heavy processing that strips away beneficial compounds, leaving behind unstable fats that can oxidize and harm our bodies. Choose nature over factories, always. 💚

I made the decision to cut all seeds oils from my diet 2 months ago and I am very glad I did. I am at about 80%… everyday it gets easier… going for 100%. This should be a class action law suit. Get informed and make the switch for yourself.
