‼️Important Updates for the New Year‼️

As we welcome the new year, we're taking a moment to ensure everything is up-to-date for your furry friends. To help us provide the best possible care, please take note of the following:

1. *Updated Vaccination Records:* Please submit new vaccination records for your pets as soon as possible. This will help us ensure your pets receive the care they need.

2. *New Client Agreement Form:* A new client agreement form outlining our policies and procedures has been sent to all clients. Please take a moment to review, sign, and submit the form prior to your pet's next appointment.

Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters. We're grateful for the opportunity to care for your beloved pets and look forward to continuing our partnership in the new year! 🐶

📢 Announcements:

📍I would like to encourage anyone that does not have their pet set up on a reoccurring schedule to please do so asap. We do not have availability for last minute appointments and our schedule is filling up quickly for the remainder of the year. We have zero wiggle room, so please keep all appointments!

📍If you do not show up to an appointment, or you are late more than 15 minutes without communication, you will be required to pay the $40 no show fee the same day. If this is not paid the same day, your pet will be (1) taken off of their rotation (if they are on one)and placed on the waiting list. (2) if they are not on a rotation they will be added to the waiting list and will be considered a new client. Please be considerate. When you do not show up, it is loss of income for our groomers.

📍If you have a scheduled appointment but would like sooner please let us know and we can add you to our cancellation list.

At Classy Canine Pet Spa, we understand that the grooming process can be stressful and scary to some dogs which is why we take our time to ensure that each of our babies are comfortable and receive the BEST possible groom. We DO NOT do "quickies" and charge an arm and a leg as some other salons do, so expect to drop off your baby for a minimum of 2 hours for full grooms. All appointments are made to tailor each specific dog with one-on-one time set for that dog. Our shampoos, conditioners, and treatments are all top quality to ensure your pet will go home looking and smelling great. We also have terrific special treatments for pets who have a variety of skin conditions or allergies. Additionally, we offer a "SPA" experience for your pet. In order to best serve your dog we tailor each treatment to his or her specific needs; choosing the most beneficial combination of shampoos and conditioners and the best techniques for drying and grooming.
