🦮Having a wonderful week… we opened back up on Wednesday and groomed lotsa sweet doggies yesterday and today and made the pooches feel comfortable again! 🐕‍🦺

Dear Faithful Patrons, Grooming Salon Advocates, and General Public,

I, Stuart Collins wanted to let you know of a business opportunity that you may be interested in. My wife Annette and I have owned and managed All Paws Dog Grooming Salon, 505 N Hewitt, in west Ypsilanti since March 2013. The salon is ideally located (on a main street near EMU, St. Joes hospital, and Washtenaw Community College) with many dog owners within 5 miles, accessible by two side streets. The facility is a 1200 sq foot, quaint converted bungalow...with the first floor all set up for dog grooming in 4 separate rooms: reception area, grooming room, bathing room and drying room. There is virtually no nearby competition.

We were doing quite well until the COVID crisis hit, wherein our 2 full-time groomers retired in the fall of 2021. Since then we have been unsuccessful in finding the right groomer to step in and take on the existing grooming business (we have learned that not every groomer has what it takes to actually run a business!) ... which brings me to my point:

We are interested in retiring and would like to either rent to sell, or sell outright the business and the real estate to the right person . There are several different options for how this could work (slow, medium, or fast!) that we can discuss.

This business opportunity is a gold mine (with many clients waiting!) for the right person who is interested in expanding their existing business... so if you (or someone qualified that you know!) think you would like to take the time to discuss or see the business in person, please contact one of us.

The original purpose of the Akita was a strong hunting dog for very cold and snowy climates 🥶 but today those hunting skills are used to forage for treats to beg for, sniff out a free hand to get butt scratches, and use their incredible eye sight to check if their mom is back every 5 minutes ❤️🐶❤️🐾
