Well y’all. I’m back sooner than I’d hoped! The snakes are coming out slowly but surely, and it’s that time to check your surroundings even more intensely! Take the few minutes to scan your yard for snakes before letting kids and dogs outside. Never put your hands where you can’t see what’s there, and wear close-toed shoes as often as you can! Be vigilant! I could go on and on. It’s not the snake’s fault we get careless and end up too close. We have chosen to live here and need to respect the land and wildlife. Rattlesnakes are NOT aggressive, but will defend themselves when predators (ie you, your dog, your kid, etc) get too close.
If you have animals 100% outside, consider learning how to secure the snake yourself! I will teach you!
Friendly reminder, every snake you see me hold is from a request to move it. I don’t pick up rattlesnakes that are freely in nature, not around people. Y’all don’t see the other 90% of snakes I move, because most are too scared for me to put them through a photo shoot or video.
24/7, donation-based snake relocation for Yucca Valley, Landers, Joshua Tree, Johnson Valley, Morongo Valley, Pioneertown, and Rimrock. Text or call 7076964691.
And lastly-don’t attack me for helping people and snakes (or my choice to handle them). I’m not relocating these rattlesnakes to your homes. If you have different methods, I don’t need to hear about it with malicious intent. I’m trying to help where I can🙄 be kind. It’s free.

Sidewinder Sunday! This fella found himself trapped in an old septic tank. Luckily, my ridiculously long snake tongs come in handy every so often! The hole was secured so nothing else would drop 6 feet down.
As always, handling rattlesnakes can cause serious injury or death. Consult your local laws before attempting rattlesnake rescue.

Speckled rattlesnake relcoation
After weeks of mainly Mojave rattlesnake calls, here we have a gorgeous speckled rattlesnake relocated from a front porch back into nature!
They deserve to live and people need to be more coampassionate and less selfish. It’s not our planet…and let’s face it, we’ve screwed it all up. Let’s continue growing our knowledge of misunderstood creatures, so we can stop their senseless deaths.
On a personal note…I don’t care if you don’t like my poses or outfits, many do and my message gets sent even farther. That’s the point…don’t senselessly kill native creatures. Be kind…it’s free. Remember, speak to others how you wish to be spoken. It’s really that simple and easy.
*these actions could result in serious injury or death. Do not handle rattlesnakes unless you’re prepared to handle the possible consequences.*
The rattlesnake named Bobby!
I’m beginning to wonder if speckled rattlesnakes are my favorite 🧐
Relocate, don’t exterminate!!
*this action could result in serious injury or death. Consult your local professionals for wildlife in need of help*
Check for snakes!
Before I let my dogs out, I walk around my house twice to check for snakes! Don’t be lazy! If your yard is just too big, leash your pup! Get your pups trained to avoid rattlesnakes! Rattlesnakes do NOT attack your dogs. We allow our dogs to get too close. Notice the difference.
Rattlesnake stuck to a mouse trap!
My very first (and hopefully last) rattlesnake rescue from off a sticky mouse trap!
*mineral oil would work best to remove critters off of sticky traps. However, this is what I had, and it will still work*
*this action could result in serious injury or death. Please contact your local professionals if you see wildlife in need of help*
Red racer capture
The one day I don’t have a clean pillow case on me and my bin was back in the truck🤦🏻♀️ I had given up trying to flush him out from under the hot tub, and he popped out as I did a final snake sweep on the property. He was safely moved to the other end of the property, away from guests; however, not before getting a couple chomps 😂.
Three successful rattlesnake captures in 24 hours on this property! I’ve heard every excuse in the book for killing rattlesnakes in the last 4 years, and all but ONE scenario were complete bullsh*t excuses for killing. Relocate, don’t terminate! They’re scared, NOT aggressive. Educate-don’t terminate! Stop messing up the desert!
* Red diamond rattlesnakes are protected and should only be handled by the proper authorities*.
Gopher snake vs F150
This large gopher snake went up underneath this F150 after the nice drivers tried to get him out of the road 😂🤦🏻♀️ luckily, this ended up being an easy extraction!
Another random rattlesnake call! These residents were tearing up an old pond in the yard, and after lots of digging, uncovered a very large Red Diamond rattlesnake! This species of rattlesnake is protected, meaning it’s illegal to touch (without the proper licensing) or harm them (we should never harm native wildlife anyways, of course). Second rattlesnake relocation of 2021! He was moved about .2 miles back into the canyon.
Dina update
Dina is doing well 🙂 Big appetite for a big iguana! She’s being fed a wide variety of greens, like arugula, collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, and dandelion leaves. In lesser quantities, she’s enjoying squash, cacti leaf chunks, and mango! Her suspected respiratory infection appears to be dwindling, with an increase in energy and appetite. She’s being kept very warm and is resting comfortably.
Side note, the heating rock is regulated.
Baby, the sweet, female iguana
She’s like a dog, but with added spice.
Speckled rattlesnake capture
Rattlesnakes are not the aggressive creatures so many people and media presences make them out to be. These snakes think you’re going to hurt or eat them, and the act defensively when fearful. This speckled rattlesnake was nervous, but sensed I meant it no harm. Watch as it glides around my boot, wanting to find cover, but not wanting to harm me, either.
