Ali is getting herself mentally prepared to leave the ranch. She is going to miss this place at first, but once she realizes how great other homes can also be she will be fine. Ali will get more one on one attention and she will make a new horsie friends. She's waited a really long time for this opportunity. 🩷

Oh Ali

Ali is a BLM mustang, which means that she was born in the wild and captured later. She is really pretty and such an easy keeper. She has those strong mustang genes where she could basically live on just air, lol. Of course, we make sure that she gets everything that she needs, just saying over all she's healthy as a horse. Her spirit is strong and she enjoys the freedom of the herd.

Mosey, is a 17+ hand sweetheart. He is incredibly dedicated to his girlfriend, Music. Mosey is willing to do anything that she asks without a second thought. He is even willing to take the roll as father to her unborn foal. It's been years now that these two love birds have been together.

Will you be my Valentine- Fantasia

Fantasia aka Mommy was rescued from a large scale hoarding situation about 10 months ago. She was one of the last of the group of 100+ horses that needed an immediate lifeline. She was in really rough shape when she arrived to us and suspected to have miscarried a baby. To our surprise, she gave birth just a few weeks after arrival to a healthy filly. She took great care of her baby, but now it's her time to shine. Fantasia is now living amongst our herd and learning new things everyday.

Viva would like to wish you all a happy Friday.

Viva is a very curious and beautiful little mare of ours. She is very reserved and likes her space yet at the same time she is so dang curious that she can't help but follow our guests around. She enjoys having fun by stirring up the herd for a good run. If she could talk, we know that she would never be quiet. She has a big personality packed into a little body.

Rain , rain, go away, just kidding. Although we do not enjoy doing ranch chores while cold, wet, and muddy we do appreciate water in the desert.

Adoption Update Do you all remember Chicago? He is the 18.2 hand professional show jumper that came to us in late 2023. Today his his 1 year anniversary with his adopter, Lisa. Breaking News!! MUST READ! Many of you may know our Moluccan Cockatoo, Chip. Isabel hand raised Chip since he was just a little baby bird. Chip is 37 years old. We were today years old when we discovered Chip's shocking secret. You can imagine the shock our faces when Chip laid an egg today! 🤯 Chip is a GIRL!!!!!! Chip is a girl!!!!! 🤣

Just a few months ago this mare wouldn't allow anyone to approach her. She and her buddy that came to us straight from the racetrack were very unsure of us. They would stand far out in the field away from all the other horses and people. It's taken time, but they are feeling much more comfortable now. Isabel has a way with the horses. She really makes them feel safe and earns their trust.
