We’ve hit a bit of a snag, and I want to talk to you directly about it.

In our quest to make your experience with us even better, we recently did some tech updates on our site, including importing order histories to help personalize your shopping journey. We especially wanted to update your points.

But, tech being tech, something didn’t go quite right, and it ended up rerunning transactions for some of our clients. Yikes, right?

First off, I’m really sorry for any stress or confusion this has caused. It’s the last thing we wanted to happen. Here’s what we’re doing about it:

Refunds are on the way: If your card was charged by mistake, a full refund is already in the works. It might take a few days to show up, depending on how fast your bank dances.

Digging deep to fix it: We’re not just patching things up. We’re diving deep to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Learning and growing, that’s our motto.

We’re here for you: Got questions? Need help with something specific? Just want to vent? Hit us up. We’re all ears and ready to assist in any way we can.

Keeping you in the loop: Transparency is key. We’ll keep you updated as we fix this glitch and make sure you’re informed every step of the way.

So- it's going to be a little different this year

For Spring, we will be releasing Fresh Rose, Lilacs and Lilies, Strawberry Milkshake and Mlemon Cream in about 1-2 weeks.
These will only be available is 8oz (full size) While supplies last.

Early April, we are doing an extended release of our new Summer Seasonal- Candy Shoppe line!

Hey! Any tool suggestions? I'm on the hunt for some new clippers, blades and shears! Are KMs still the best cordless? This is mostly for my own dogs, since I'm not grooming professionally anymore!

I'm so blessed. As I contemplate my life, I never dreamed I'd actually have success doing this. I have been to GEW as a groomer many times, but being an exhibitor, showing my own products, it's crazy y'all! So many feels! Only 6 sleepless nights till it's time to set up! Hopefully everything comes together ❤️

We are pleased to announce our plans for 2023 Winter Scents.

We are aiming for a release date of November 10th

Our Winter Collection "The Workshop" weaves a whimsical tale through the North Pole you can only experience with your shniffer!

Featuring Scents:

North Pole (Brisk peppermint with a sweet vanilla base)

Witches Brew ( earthy and exotic with notes of berry, Patchouli, Cinnamon and Nutmeg)

Peanut Butter Sugar Cookies (the classic sugar cookie scent with a pupper approved twist!)

Apple Cider Doughnuts (crisp apples with a base of Cinnamon and Doughnuts!)

We will continue to restock our Cinnamon Buns and Chai Fragrances and Facials through the end of the month! The rest of the Coffee Shoppe line will not be restocked to make room for The Workshop line!

About to make SO much Fluff!

This is the mixing bowl for our new mixer! Gallon for size comparison.

Shniff started off with a typical kitchen aid mixer and moved up to a commercial mixer a few months ago, but even that wasn't enough to keep up with demand, so we got this bad boy.

The new labels are 🤌

One little issue I noticed- there was a misunderstanding on my part so this first batch is a little difficult to read, but I am already in process of adjusting colors etc so the text is more visible from a distance.

I just wanted to let everyone know in advance that I'm aware of the legibility issue and working on the fix with our supplier (who is not at fault, it was my mistake)

Hi everyone! Quick update!

We are almost completely out of stock on EVERYTHING 😱

Thank you SO much for all the wonderful words and for recommending our products (you can stop now 🤣)

We are currently experiencing extremely high volume and appreciate your patience as we work to process your orders.

Normally, we restock weekly, but my efforts are needed to help in the shipping department as they are extremely overwhelmed. We've been pulling 14 hour days, literally working dawn till dusk, so some inventory will be out of stock a bit longer than normal until we get things under control.

I have opted to postpone and possibly cancel the winter scents. I know this is terrible news, but with the recent surge in orders, I think it's best to focus on other things before releasing new products. I apologize for the inconvenience.

As always, we take these periods as a learning opportunity to improve our production, speed and upgrade equipment so we are better able to handle the next rush.
