Everything seems to have gone smoothly with the porting over to Paw's P**p Patrol and we look forward to serving you. Please give that page a follow.
We are very active there and play games from time to time and also have dog treat giveaways.
We would hate for you all to miss those as those will not be cross posted.

We also have a sister company which is a self serve dog wash and treat boutique in a Yukon at Paw's Pampered Pups
This opened in November and we offered all of Paws a free dog wash.
We would like to extend that to you as well. So, if you'd like to take us up that offer please do so.
Just mention you're a customer which they will verify at the computer and from there it's on us. Good for one wash anytime.

we find ourselves in a very unique situation this morning.
None of us have cell service which is how our CRM works when we are running our routes. Nor have a have way of reaching out to our whole team letting them know what we are doing.
We have thought all morning about all or any ways possible we could still run our full routes. Unfortunately, I just don't see how we can pull it off without cell service. This is a nationwide outage so please be understanding if we don't make it out today. Today and Friday are our busiest days and with the system doing the porting of the weekend we won't be able to run any routes Saturday or Sunday for making today up. We are greatly sorry for this inconvenience but please know this is out of our control and if we could make it work, we would 100% .
All that said if cell service is restored today we will get out and get to who we can today, if not these visits might just have to be made up during next week, it's very possible we have to push this until the next service day Thursday.
This has NEVER happened before so please be patient as we work thru it the best we can

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share some exciting news with you. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best service possible, we are pleased to announce that Paws P**p Patrol has recently acquired Doggy Doo Care.

With this acquisition, we are looking forward to integrating the operations of Doggy Doo Care into our existing service offerings. As a result, we will be transitioning all client information, including scheduling and billing, to our CRM system, which is also through Sweep and Go. This integration will allow us to efficiently manage all customer locations on one map for optimized routing, ensuring that we can continue to provide you with timely and reliable service.

We want to assure you that this transition will not impact our billing process. We will continue to bill on the first of each month to the cards on file, maintaining a seamless experience for you.

The integration of the system will take place on February 23rd, 2024. We are dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. If you have any questions or concerns about this integration, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to address any inquiries you may have.

The roads around our service areas are just too bad to run our routes on. All jobs today will be rescheduled for later in the week.

We can only hope this time of year when the weather hits. We will watch this closely and hope to be able to run the routes. But the safety of our staff is our #1 priority. Not to mention half the gates could be frozen shut.
Please understand and know we will do everything we can to stay caught up as the weather is forever changing since it is Oklahoma.

🚨Monday Clients🚨

Route updates for tomorrow:

-If you are located in Edmond, your service has been moved to Tuesday.

-If you are located in Moore/Newcastle, your service has been moved to Wednesday.

-If you are located in Shawnee or north of Shawnee, your service has been moved to Thursday.

-If you are located between Midwest City and Shawnee you will be serviced tomorrow on schedule

We appreciate all of your understanding. As a leadership team we have spent time on the roads and engaged with our team. Their safety is our top priority. While most highways are clear, residential neighborhoods (where most of y’all live) are mostly snow packed and icy. As a result we are servicing what we can and tomorrow with team members comfortable with the road conditions, and rescheduling the remaining jobs throughout the week. We will send out individual texts tomorrow morning to those affected. We just didn’t want to keep you in the dark any longer. Stay warm y’all!

***Important service updates***

Winter has come with a vengeance! I guess we deserve the punishment for enjoying 50s and 60s into December😂

We are currently tracking potential road issues for Friday and Monday (Maybe Tuesday). Regardless of the forecast we will wait until the day of to make any major adjustments (It is Oklahoma after all).

Here is where we currently stand:

Friday: With little to no accumulation projected, we will likely still service. However we will be pulling as many jobs from Friday as we can and moving them to Thursday, so we can shorten Friday in the event there is some morning ice on the roads.

Monday: We will make the call on Sunday. As of now it is unlikely that we will service Monday, due to the potential for accumulation over 1in between Sunday and Monday. Since Monday is mostly rural, we expect roads will not be clear of snow and ice.

Tuesday: As of now we intend to service Tuesday, but temps may reach dangerous levels. We’ll monitor this closely.

This is just an informational announcement! Assume we are coming unless you hear otherwise from us directly. We will try our best to get to everyone on schedule, but please bare with us as our technicians’ safety is our top priority. Please ensure your gate locks are not frozen locked when we arrive, and ensure gates can be opened. If we can’t open a gate we’ll have to skip you for the day.🐾

We are still servicing, but please expect delays due to the weather. Our techs are actively working their routes along the safest routes as they avoid severe thunderstorm warnings. We intend to get to everyone, but we are working routes a little wonky today to beat and dodge the storms. 🐾😁

ATTENTION TUESDAY CLIENTS

Next Tuesday is the 4th of July. Our team will not be working routes that day. We are closed on 3 family holidays. They are 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

That being said, your service will be rescheduled to either Monday or Wednesday for next week only. We will reach out to everyone once we've reworked the schedule.

We know this may be an inconvenience to some folks. We apologize for that, but our team works most holidays and we believe they deserve a few days each year to spend time with their family and friends, without having to request time off. We appreciate your understanding.

🚨🚨🚨Attention Clients🚨🚨🚨

We have Updated our Terms of Service.
In an effort to maintain transparency, we have attached a copy here for you to see. Not much has changed. Please see a list of changes and updates below:

-Restructured the terms to improve clarity
-Clarified terms which are frequently asked about
-Established a timeline to request Re-cleans
-Added a $10 Late Fee policy for all accounts over 30 days past due

We'd like to explain the Late Fee, as this is the biggest change. 90% of y'all pay on time, have worked out alternate plans, or call to handle payment issues promptly. We appreciate this so much! Unfortunately, we've had a handful of folks who treat our accounts like a 0% interest credit card. This is not our attempt at a money grab. We just want to encourage on-time payments. If at ANY point in time you think you'll have a problem paying, just reach out and we'll come up with a plan.

We only have 2 asks: keep your word and communicate with us. We'll never share anyone's personal situation, but there are folks here who can attest to our flexibility, as long as we have a plan and communication.

At the end of the day, we need to maintain operations, pay our employees, and expand our presence. We can't do this when we are chasing down a considerable amount of delinquent accounts all day. If we have a plan and the agreement is upheld we will not bill a late fee. To those who are late on payments, we are understanding. Please reach out and we'll come up with a plan together. We understand things happen and want to retain our clients.

We are incredibly grateful for all of you. We have grown so much in the last 18 months. It wouldn't be possible without the team and y'all.🐾

🚨Coming Soon (July)🚨

Starting in July, We are committing one weekend a month to the communities who have welcomed us! At Doggy Doo-Care LLC we believe in giving more than you take. Our goal is to reach community leaders, non-profit leaders, and other go getters who could use our assistance. For example, we’d love to assist with shelter projects or a public dog park clean up.

We intend to announce these events so you all can join us should you also like to give back!

Memorial Day

Memorial Day hits us especially hard here at Doggy Doo-Care LLC. We recognize the sacrifices made and know we owe a debt which can never be repaid to those who gave their lives for us. Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Aunts, Uncles, Neighbors, Friends....Americans. Regardless of your views or opinions a fact remains, our country's sons and daughters were sent away...and some didn't come home. They have earned our respect for that sacrifice. So today, enjoy your burger they'd love to eat, the family they'll never see, and the memories they'll never have. They gave their lives so you could live yours. Here's what we ask: Wherever you are when you read this post, invite those around you to join you in a moment of silence. Take the moment to reflect only on what freedom is and what it costs...then love the life you live because they can't. We'd love to hear from those of y'all who do take the time to reflect. Meet Your Tech

At Doggy Doo-Care LLC we believe in "Team" and truly care about each of our team members. We build relationships centered around whole person wellness with our team. Within a few weeks of bringing a technician on, our goal is to know who they are, what their goals are, and how we can help them get there. We know and understand, to most of y'all they're just "the poop guy/girl." Heck I've been referred to as Mr. Doo Doo. We have thick skin and like to joke about it too. Some of the nick-names are quite comical. That being said, we think it is important that you know who we are. Our team is comprised of professionals, a sports broadcaster, dog trainers, vet techs, and they have so much to offer each of you! When we hire new members, it takes us about a month on average to find the right fit. We seek folks who want to work, are trustworthy, have integrity, love to have fun, and just want to enjoy work and feel valued. Our team is stacked with those folks and we look forward to bringing some formal introductions to you next week. Next week we will be posting a photo and a brief bio of each of our team members!
