As many of my clients know I was off this past week to participate in a challenge race in Orlando, running 48+ miles in 4 days. Unfortunately, while racing my car was broken into and one of the things, I didn’t realize until last night, that was taken was my business phone. I will be getting a replacement today, but for security reasons some of the things that will not transfer into the new phone are customer addresses, saved credit card info, and my schedule as those are all stored in the same app that does not save to the cloud. The phone was immediately erased once I realized it too was missing. As soon as I’m able to get the new phone set up I will be reaching out to all of my clients to try and update my schedule. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience while I get it all sorted. Had so much fun with Miss Bella during her 14 day Puppy Sleep Away Camp! We focused on her house training, polite house manners, along with her sit, down, stay, place, and thresholds! Bella got to go home today and show her mom all of the new things she has learned and boy did she show off! 💕

Athena has been working since 10:30 this morning and FINALLY our new house guest has decided to play with her! Bella the corgi is spending the next 2 weeks with us learning good puppy manners!

Just a reminder for those of you with dogs who will not go potty in the rain or puppies still potty training… Use today (before the storm gets here tomorrow) to go grab a tarp or kiddie pool that you can toss right outside in a covered area or in the garage with some sod on top for your pup to potty!

Have you recently gotten a new puppy? Or maybe you’ve had them for a few weeks and the new puppy/dog excitement is starting to wear off?

Either way it usually doesn’t take too long before you start to realize just how much work training a new puppy is! Maybe they’re afraid of the leash, crying all night, or peeing on your floor… training a puppy can be extremely stressful! Especially, if you don’t know what you’re doing! And what makes it even worse is that you really don’t want to make mistakes because you know fixing bad behavior can be so much harder.

Don’t worry! All of these fears and frustrations are completely normal! If this sounds like your situation and you’re interested in learning how to train your pup to be a perfect fit in your life don’t hesitate to reach out!

Wanted to let everyone know that I’ve had to make some adjustments to my invoice policy. Just like with all services payment for grooming and/or training is expected to be paid at the time of service. When a customer is not home at the time of service I have always been willing to email out an invoice. Unfortunately, not all, but some of those invoices are taking days sometimes weeks to be paid which is not feasible. Moving forward all invoices are required to be paid by 8pm at the end of the same business day that the dog is groomed to avoid a late charge of $10. There will be an additional fee of $10 per 24hrs that the invoice has not been paid. All of which must be paid in full before booking the next grooming appointment. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with this new policy.

As I teased last week we have exciting news to share! Exquisite Touch Mobile Dog Grooming is changing it's name! Starting August 1st we will officially become Lazy Days Pet Services! This name change allows our company to grow and evolve into something so much better for all of our clientele. Also starting August 1st while we will still be providing the Mobile Grooming Services that you are accustomed to, we will also begin offering obedience training. This is just one more step to providing our customers with an all inclusive pet experience. We couldn't do it without you!!
