Good morning Facebook fam!
We have had a lot of same-day cancellations. We sent out notifications 48 hours prior through a text message for confirmation. We have people canceling only 1 hour before their appointment. That does not leave us enough time to get another appointment.💔Not only does the business suffer, but the employee. Our software keeps track of frequent cancellations. A credit card will be kept on file and there is a $50 charge for this appointment. It has been our policy since 2020. We just never really enforced it lot it will be enforced. We will not gonna be here to groom it’s got that bad… I’ve been here since 2011
