👋 Hello
I’ve worked with animals steadily since 2011. It’s truly my passion!
Unfortunately, June 28th will be my last day as a manager at SWE Pooch Parlor. I’m moving hours away. It’s been a pleasure being able to take care of so many furry family members.
I’ll miss the people and their animals so much!

Many of you may have received a personal call from our wonderful team who had appointments on the books. But to those valued and loyal Pooch Parlor customers that did not receive a call- We will be closing Daily operations at the Pooch Parlor 07/10/24 until further notice.
We are unable to accept any daycare dogs starting 06/29/2024.
We are also unable to accept any boarding dogs after 07/09/2024.

Here's a refresher video for those who haven't seen us in a while! We are no longer in the RV store but in our own building. If you are at the grooming entrance and don't know where to go, or the door is locked, this is where to go! If you are picking up your dog from a HAIRCUT appointment and you are paying with cash or check, please check out and pick up your pet from the main entrance. Card transactions for HAIRCUTS can be checked out at the grooming entrance.

Our Story

It all started long ago with Scooter, this little guy stole my heart over nine years ago now, time flies by! We’ve always been animal lovers, if I am being honest my boys, my lab Smokey and my little old man Scooter(my schnauzer) rule the house just don’t tell them that! Our dream of creating a loving, fun dog’s rule world here at the Pooch Parlor inside Southwest Exchange has been one of the most rewarding journeys we’ve been part of! We’ve been open since 2015 and thanks to our amazing customers and their sweet furbabies we’ve have been able to continue to grow more as each year goes by :D We have an amazing team ready to care for your furbabies with our outdoor/indoor yards with pools, tunnels and ramps, our beautiful grooming shop, our roomy kennels and just recently our own pet store, we have all of your needs covered! We would love to spoil your furbaby! We hope to see you soon for Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Training or shopping! Please feel free to stop by for a tour :D
