Happy New Year!!! 🎆 🎉🥂

Here is a beginning of the year friendly reminder on some of my basic policies. I will be updating the grooming release form this weekend and everybody will need to sign a new one as well.

I want to send a HUGE thank you to all my loyal clients! Because of you guys I am able to run a successful business. All of your referrals keep me and my staff consistently busy throughout the year! I literally cannot thank you enough for the continued support and love!

The downside…I hardly have appointments for new clients unfortunately. Because it is just me and one other stylist we keep consistently full schedules. If you are on the waiting list, I ask for your patience. Sometimes clients drop off and we will reach out at that point. Thank you so much for understanding.

Thanksgiving is almost here!

Remember grooming will be closed starting Wednesday the 23rd and we will be back in the salon to answer grooming calls and texts on Tuesday December 3rd.

These appointments are not for haircuts! We are completely booked until mid January for haircuts!

Hello fall…who’s ready for some pumpkin spice?? Not me lol little fact about me, I do not like anything pumpkin spice 🤢 lol

Back to business though…I will be accepting few new clients for the next couple months or until appointments are filled. I only have a few spots here and there so if you were on my waiting list please give us a call and if we don’t answer please leave a message. If you don’t leave a message you will not be called back. We get so many calls, some being spam.

I am a very exclusive business and only accept clients who keep their dogs on a regular grooming schedule who follow my strict policies.

For those of you who are regulars, going forward I am going to be letting go clients who do not confirm your appointment. There’s a reason I have a system that sends out automated messages TWO days before the appointment. We simply do not have the time to call everybody and we also have lives after work ends. If you’re not sure if you can abide by my policies please read through them, they are pinned. When it comes to my business, I don’t mess around. There are many people who would love to become a client here.

New clients…I do have deposit that is REQUIRED at time of booking. That deposit will go towards the first appointment. Vaccines are required! Please make sure that you have it all ready for the first visit. We also have a grooming release form I have everyone sign.
