As always, we try to raise money to help our local community. 50% of the proceeds will go to Fetch Remedy Dogs! Fetch Remedy Dogs is a nonprofit organization. The money will go to helping sponsor therapy dogs to be put in our local school systems. The therapy dogs provided in school help the kids tremendously by helping to be at school to comfort them throughout their day at school, stressful situations, and bring a bit of happiness to their day. They’ve really improved the happiness of the children in their day to day life being in the school systems.

Zane and his handler TJ have already made such a difference for their school and community and are so close to their goal of being a certified therapy team! They have put in the hard work and training and just need their last little bit of funding to cover the cost of their program! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out to let us know they haven’t been able to find or tag our page. Your kindness and concern mean so much to us! 💚

On June 22nd, our Big Brothers Big Sisters of Zanesville page was compromised, leading Facebook to unpublish and take down our original page.

Our Facebook has been a vital part of our mission to ignite the potential in every child through one-to-one mentoring. It’s where we connect with our community, share inspiring stories, and rally support for the youth we serve. Losing this platform has been a significant setback for our work and the children who rely on these life-changing relationships.

We are working closely with Facebook Support to resolve the issue, but so far, we have not had any luck in restoring our page. We are doing everything we can to regain control.

Until the issue is resolved, please follow our new page, and you can also connect with us on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and our website.

We are accepting new clients, but with how quickly we are booking up I am not sure for how long. So make sure to get on our books!

Also for new clients we don’t suggest, but highly encourage, to book you out for the rest of the year. Just give us two days a week that work for you and how many weeks you prefer!

Petitioning my dog therapy friends to attend Kids Kamp this Wednesday at 12:30 at Deerasic Park. I know it's a long drive for most of you, but these kids are all dealing with family members in Hospice, and an hour with the dogs brings such joy! Thanks in advance. Mary Alice 🐾🐾

Our therapy program is unique in many ways but one of my favorite advantages to participating in our program is that we prepare our therapy teams for all different types of situations that you may encounter during visits, such as riding up and down elevators and walking politely next to their handler up and down tall flights of stairs. Our goal is to give you the skills to be a successful therapy team no matter what situation may arise! Here we have Koda, Ruby and Theo demonstrating these tough skills!

We loved our visit with Muskingum County Library System at John McIntire Library for their May the 4th be with you teen event!!! We will be there again May 10th from 4:30-5:30, June 1st for the family reading festival and again June 4th for a Lunch and Learn!
