Well here goes. I’m sure a lot of people have noticed that it’s gotten difficult to get thru on the phone etc, believe me everyone has been trying really hard to keep things going for me. My staff is the best there is! However I was really ill. Turns out I was a lot sicker than I thought I was. LSS- I developed an infection behind my right lung in my chest cavity. I ended up in ER because I kept telling myself it was just Covid / pneumonia and would clear up. It didn’t, not even with three rounds of antibiotics/steroids. I was in the hospital for ten days on IV antibiotics, had to have a blood transfusion and a chest tube. Scary stuff! I had a follow up appointment today and although it’s not over yet I was told I can go back to work so YEA!!!! So I will be there tomorrow to answer phones and help with scheduling so hopefully I’ll be able to take care of the back log within a day or two…(maybe three😆). Thanks to everyone who has checked in with me. If you have called and I didn’t call back it’s because I couldn’t, not because I didn’t want too!!! Thanks again to my fabulous staff and my even more fabulous clients!!!

I just wanted to try to let everyone know a little about what’s going on. I know people have tried to reach us and haven’t been responded to and I wanted to apologize for that. I have been really sick going about 18 weeks ago. It’s been really difficult to contend with that and even more so to try to keep up with messages and calls ! I have had to make too many last minute cancellations due to my health and because on top of that this
it is our busy season 😱. I am going in for tests and treatment next week so hopefully this will be resolved soon. I just want to thank everyone who had stuck with me and put up with being rescheduled and anyone who has just called or texted back when their call went unreturned. This shop and the people who come here are my whole life and I appreciate every one of them.

My mistake might be someone else’s stroke of luck tomorrow ! I made an oops on the schedule and turns out we have two openings! I forgot to remove a couple names when I rescheduled some one- don’t tell the boss!!!. If you need a last minute appointment- give us a call tomorrow. We are in at 930 and text messages get answered first (because it’s noisy in here!😁)

Please keep an eye out for Kratos! He went missing on Sunday, October 15 from the Calvert Park area. The last known sighting was on the corner of Sharon and Calvert Street. He has micro chipped and sometimes will answer to the name puppy. Please call 740-8012283 if you see Kratos, or you can call or leave a message on the shop phone.

The 🔥 Fire Department was here today to do an inspection! We didn’t pass with flying colors but I only need to make a few changes. I was super impressed with how helpful and nice they were. Now I know exactly what I need to do to make sure every thing and every one is safe and how to do it. I think that’s a win win situation!
