Infield Pattern Set Up - Friday Afternoon 3:00pm - 4pm
Hang Banners - Friday Afternoon 4-5ish
Show Day Infield Obstacle Reset - Trail & Ranchmanship - 1 or 2 hour time blocks
Infield Pattern Tear Down - Saturday Evening
Show Day Runner - 1 or 2 hour time blocks
Take down Banners - After show ends Saturday
Take down Cattle panels and pen area - After Show Ends Saturday
Need 6 bales of hay for the cattle (needs to be there Friday evening) - Thank You Gale Langford
Volunteer Book will be at the show office - Members need at least 2 hours volunteering to qualify for year-end awards.

🎉Another show is in the books - show us your photos! 🎉

Huge Thank You to all who made the fundraising a success, we have a couple unpaid tack items. But as it stands we raised $255 so far on the tack auction. Thanks for the huge effort of member Michele Temperance for making that happen!

The Jackpot Roping paid out with our winner donating back $60 bringing the total to $286. We had some additional donations that we will have totaled up by end of week to post.

Lastly Our PC Saddles raffle is only a few tickets shy of being able to draw so who wants the last few tickets?
