from 1.2 lbs to 1.6 lbs I'm in love!!
Ms Ginger had me believing we were having puppies at 2am this morning.
She's getting closer - can't get comfortable laying on either of her sides - she doing a lot more of those cute groaning and moanings now.
Look at how huge this girl is! (Sorry not so clear on her puppy cam).
Anyone have any crazy guesses on when and how many she's having?
I'll start... she's due on Monday... and I'll guess 10...😊😊
Hurry up Ms Ginger - we all are excited to see these beautiful Rip'y babies!
Let's honor all them pups today on National Dog Day 🐾❤️🐾

Lazy Sunday at the cabin..
This pretty Red Mama, Ginger, is getting really comfortable in her whelping bed... won't be long.... by the end of the week - hopefully!
Our pretty Oakley's Ohio Labradors REBA is having a birthday... Rip Ryder and Ginger will be celebrating with her at Oakley's Ohio Labradors tonight!!
... and Ms Princess Reba WON'T move!!
They say "third times a charm" and it's definitely the last whelping bed I'll make in my lifetime!
☺️☺️😉😉😍😍😀😀
4' wide x 6' long and 12" high to keep our new upcoming babies confined till at least 2.5 weeks old! Ms Ginger has already made herself at home in it with her stuffed babies - at least 12 days till "go time". 🐕🐕
(Rip Ryder x Ginger expecting a big healthy litter.)
❤️❤️ Love it! ❤️❤️
92 years old and celebrating her birthday with friends! 🐶 🐕
For all my senior friends to consider; (copied and shared from a friend's post)
No nursing home for me.... I’ll be checking into a Holiday Inn!
With the average cost for a nursing home care costing $188.00 per day, there is a better way when we get old and too feeble.
I've already checked on reservations at the Holiday Inn. For a combined long term stay discount and senior discount, it's $59.23 per night.
Breakfast is included, and some have happy hours in the afternoon.
That leaves $128.77 a day for lunch and dinner in any restaurant we want, or room service, laundry, gratuities and special TV movies.
Plus, they provide a spa, swimming pool, a workout room, a lounge and washer-dryer, etc.
Most have free toothpaste and razors, and all have free shampoo and soap.
$5-worth of tips a day and you'll have the entire staff scrambling to help you.
They treat you like a customer, not a patient.
There's a city bus stop out front, and seniors ride free.
The handicap bus will also pick you up (if you fake a decent limp).
To meet other nice people, call a church bus on Sundays.
For a change of scenery, take the airport shuttle bus and eat at one of the nice restaurants there.
While you're at the airport, fly somewhere. Otherwise, the cash keeps building up.
It takes months to get into decent nursing homes. Holiday Inn will take your reservation today .
And you're not stuck in one place forever -- you can move from Inn to Inn, or even from city to city.
Want to see Hawaii ? They have Holiday Inn there too.
TV broken? Light bulbs need changing? Need a mattress replaced? No problem.. They fix everything, and apologize for the inconvenience.
The Inn has a night security person and daily room service. The maid checks to see if you are ok. If not, they'll call an ambulance . . . Or the undertaker.
If you fall and break a hip, Medicare will pay for the hip, and Holiday Inn will upgrade you to a suite for the rest of your life.
And no worries about visits from family. They will always be glad to find you, and probably check in for a few days mini-vacation.
The grand-kids can use the pool.
What more could I ask for?
Hope to see all my seniors living down the hall and ready for a game of canasta or checkers! 😉😉
Ms Ginger is looking so cute with her puppy belly bump ❤️❤️.
18+ days to wait to see these English healthy babies.
What am I voting for????
For the ‘can’t vote for Trump' folks.
That moment when someone says, "I can't believe you would vote for Trump!"
I simply reply, "I'm voting for the First Amendment and freedom of speech. I'm voting for the Second Amendment and my right to defend my life and my family. I'm voting for the next Supreme Court Justice to protect the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I’m voting for the continued growth of my retirement 401K and the stock market. For all the people that are against breeding of pure bred dogs and Only for rescuing...Please Read
"My purchase of a well bred purebred dog does not condemn another dog to death.
My purchase of a well bred purebred dog does not result in a rise in the number of shelter dogs.
My desire to have a dog with predictable temperament from a healthy line does not result in another dog not getting adopted at the shelter.
My careful research on the most responsible breeders who meet all requirements is not the problem.
It's not what you should be mad at.
It's not who you should blame.
I am not the one who irresponsibly brought these dogs into this world and left them in a shelter.
Responsible breeders aren't the ones bringing these dogs to animal shelters either.
It's my home, my life and my choice what kind of dog I want to bring in. Maybe I need a working dog, sport dog, show dog or just a companion dog of a certain breed that suits me best.
Whatever reason I CHOOSE to support a reputable breeder, it will not send a dog to its death.
******A breeder who does health tests, temperament tests and titling of their dogs does not contribute to the number of stray dogs.
The number of stray dogs in the world IS a problem, but it's NOT a problem made worse by reputable breeders or those who buy from them.
Your neighbor who gets a "purebred" dog without papers because they're cheap is contributing to the problem!!!!!!
Your friend who spontaneously bought a puppy from Petland is contributing to the problem!!!!!!
The person scrambling to pump out the hottest designer mix ASAP is contributing to the problem!!!!!!
Your relatives who have to get their dog covered once, "so she can experience what it's like to be a mother" or because "she's such a good/cute/sweet girl" are contributing to the problem!!!!!
Your old school mate who bought a working dog with lots of energy without taking the time to research its needs and character who ultimately sees it doesn't fit his lifestyle is the problem!!!!
A reputable breeder offers lifetime support. A serious breeder would never allow their dogs to end up in a shelter from the start.
It's understandable to be angry about the number of homeless dogs in the world, but if you look closer, you'll find that your anger is misplaced." Think about that!

This little girl's new family had a medical emergency/surgery and has decided to not bring her to Nashville. She has a sweet little personality and listens well. 8 weeks old, has has her 2 shots and series of 4 wormings, microchipped, and well loved by her Mamaw. She will make an awesome family pet or awesome shed hunter like her daddy, Charlie. Serious inquiries only. 🐾🖤🐾
Happy Friday from Charlie x Phoenix's beautiful 5-week old babies. 2 Boyz are still looking for families to love. Purple (Sinder) Red (Lexie) available for adoption.
Crank up the volume! This is what I have to listen to ALL day! (... nothing - but the BEST temperaments ever) (Sorry for the little bit of poo spot - they are at the beginnings of potty training and missed the pellets)
2 full days with a litter pan, 3 week old puppies trying out the alfalfa litter box! Quick learners!
3 weeks old - and moved into the next stage of bedding with alfalfa litter. They will begin to use the potty BEFORE real food is introduced so they will know the difference! Lots of toys to chew on since little teeth are coming in. Big teddy to cuddle with since mom will be weining soon and going back to her guardian home by next weekend. Mush will begin about the same time mom is thru feeding. This is the time they begin to love their mamaw and think I am their mama for the next 4 weeks. We have started the touch/smell exercises and they are reacting appropriate. Little noses are working overtime!! Stay tuned - more info as it becomes available. P.S. we have 2 black/charcoal males still 👀 for their families! (💜and ❤️ collars)
