Policies:
-Prices: Please understand the time estimated and prices are quotes based on the information given to me about your pets coat at the time of booking. Otherwise, I will assume that your pets coat is in good condition and you are on a 4 to 8 week grooming schedule. The estimated time and prices are subject to change at the time of us meeting your pet. The prices may change due to the severity of matting, size of pet, difficulty in grooming, or brushing time.

-Time: Please keep in mind that we could be behind OR ahead of schedule due to the fact that some grooms do take a little longer, while others may take less. Therefore, we can not guarantee we will arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time. We try our best to arrive at or as close as possible to the time scheduled.

Cancellation Fees:
-Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

-No call/No cancellation: If you schedule an appointment and it is confirmed, but when we show up for your appointment, nobody is home or you forgot to cancel, that is totally fine! Things happen, but unfortunately, you will be charged a no call/no cancellation fee of half of your quoted price.

If you are charged any of these fees we cannot reschedule until your fee is paid.

Good morning everyone! I am getting everything together and now trying to get the schedule straight. Thank you to everyone that has already messaged me with their upcoming/future appointments. I have already contacted a few of you and will be continuing to contact everyone to make sure we don’t forget anyone’s appointments. I am starting a new system with a completely new schedule so bare with me as I am learning as I go. I will be printing out a form for all my existing and new clients to fill out so you and your babies profiles can all be up to date and I will have all the information I need. I hate I completely lost my schedule but I am super excited about our new system! Can’t wait to see all the babies this week and thank you guys so much for your patience. 🥰

Good morning! We are experiencing some technical difficulties with our schedule at the moment. The app we use to schedule has COMPLETELY taken away the schedule and I no longer have any access to it. I am trying to figure it out but there seems to be no information or solution on how to get it back. With that being said, we cannot schedule anyone at the moment. We may have to convert over to a new system, I will have more information and a plan in place by the end of the weekend if we can’t figure this out. Please be patient with us as we try to fix the problem. If you see this post and you know that you have future appointments already booked with us please message me the dates and times you have so I can already have them incase we need to switch systems. Thank you for your understanding and patience! 🙂

Hey everyone! Say hello to Otis, he is a very fluffy friend of mine. He is one of our OG clients that has been with us since day 1. We love Otis even thought Otis doesn’t love his haircuts. He likes to be a scruffy fuzz ball more than a pampered pup. He is still a very good boy for us on his spa days..even if he would rather be out riding around with mom and dad in the blue big rig! 🥰

With the new year rolling in I want to say thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support that you guys have for us. I am so blessed to be able to wake up and go to work doing what I love everyday. I am blessed to have all the amazing relationships I have built with all of you! None of this would be possible without you guys and I am so happy to be your groomer. 🫶🏻

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some info about Dee Dee’s Kitchen. We meet her and her sweet boy Rufus today. She sells jams, spices, seasonings and a whole lot more! Today she gave us some church lady hot dog chilli seasoning mix and some of Wyatt’s everythang dust. Both seasonings she gave me today are salt free as are most of her seasonings.

We are fully booked up until Christmas! The week of Christmas we will be closed Monday the 25th and Tuesday the 26th. My next available is Wednesday the 27th but we are already fully booked Thursday and Friday of that week! After the 27th my next available starts Wednesday Jan. 3rd. We are fully booked the rest of this week. For next week I SLIM availability in the afternoon on Monday 12/18 and Tuesday 12/19, the rest of the week I am fully booked. We will be closed on Monday 12/25 and Tuesday 12/26.

Happy Sunday! I just wanted to post a few updates and introduce you guys to this gentle giant, Diesel. He is always such a good boy and a giant love bug! We love when we get to see Diesel. He is a very good listener, enjoys his belly rubs, and loves his daddy! 💙

We are fully booked this week! For the following week I am fully booked on Monday 11/20. I have very little availability left on Tuesday 11/21 and Wednesday 11/22. The rest of that week I will be closed for Thanksgiving. Don't wait to book before the holidays because appointments are filling up fast and everyone loves a spa day with Tay! 🐾🫶🏻

I have decided that at the beginning of the new year on January 1st 2024, my prices will be changing a little and I will also be adding different grooming packages to my service list. I am super excited for all the holidays coming up and to bring in the new year with you guys! 🥳

What a GORGEOUS gal we got the pleasure of meeting last week. Everyone say hello to Gracie Lou💕. She is as cute and cuddly as she looks (if not cuter in person😍). She was GREAT for us and loved our belly rub breaks we took. I am so grateful for all the new and old friendly faces we get to see/meet everyday at work. 🥰

My little beach babe…more like my little sand flea. 🏖️🥰
Bailey had SO much fun on our trip to the beach (if you couldn’t tell in the pictures). She rolled and rolled and rolled some more until she had collected as much sand as possible all over herself. She then decided grandmas leg looked comfortable and she was going to go relax for a bit. 💕

Summer is coming to a end and fall will soon begin. With that being said, we are having a special going on for the month of September. If a current client recommends our services to a new client and they schedule, you AND the new client will receive $10 off of your next appointment.🤩
