How is it already November??

I’m curious how everyone’s pups did with the trick or treaters as well as seeing scary Halloween yard decor?

I love to take dogs to see Halloween decorations as a great way to socialize them to odd movements and images that may not appear normal to everyday. Not to mention a great distraction to up your obedience commands !

Also, did you know pairing the place command to the sound of the doorbell is a great way to work on calm greetings? Especially when the doorbell may be going off every 5 minutes every October 31st. 🤪

I was a little offended that neither Teddy nor Asher paid any attention to my skeletons. Guess I’ll have to spook the yard up even more next year! But as for right now.. I think I hear Santa’s sleigh bells ringing ;)

And that’s a WRAP! These brothers have both completed their 3 Week Board and Train and are back home with their family....

And that’s a WRAP!

These brothers have both completed their 3 Week Board and Train and are back home with their family.

Leo (the apricot one) wrapped up his training in November. After having him back home for a few weeks , his family decided it was time to have their older dog sent for training as well. (Hugo on the left)

These boys can now run free in their large wooded back yard to play fetch and romp around. And goodbye are the days of barking at leafs blowing in the wind outside the window!

The more rules and boundaries you create the more freedom and privileges your dog can enjoy!
