Welcome to ~ FLATT RANCH BOARDING FACILITY ~ Where we are offering Self Care Board for $350/month.
(We are Barn #3 last barn closest to the track)
Our family friendly facility is located in Smithville Ont.
Includes….
* 12 x 10 Stalls.
* Use of paddocks for turn out.
*We also have A big broodmare stall for additional cost.*
You must provide your own shavings & grain.
You must muck your stall daily & do your own feedings.
You do your own turn in & turn outs.
You blanket your horse(s)when needed.
Your horses care is your own responsibility!
If there is a situation where you cannot make it out, we can arrange for care at additional costs.
For use on property:
* 55 Acre property for riding.
* 1 Outdoor Pony Pen.
* 2 Paddocks (more coming soon) to choose from with electric fence, large shelters, water troughs, & round bale feeders.
* 3/4 mile track to ride on.
* Outdoor Arena (Under Construction).
* Indoor Arena (Coming this year).
* Wash Stall.
* Also access to our round pen that is currently being used for turning our stud out, but if need it, you can use it. It’s under our beautiful big willow tree.
*We Accept Studs, Donkeys, Ponies, Mules*
We welcome all Equine friends.
