Earlier this week, we shared about our cassava harvesting adventure, along with working on extracting hibiscus flowers. 🌱 Today, we want to show you the delicious and refreshing outcome - our very own Hibiscus Juice! 🌺🥤✨

Farm Education for All had the honor of being a presenter at St.Croix Educational Complex High School's ROTC class, where we shared our passion for agriculture and encouraged students to explore the world of farming. 🌿📚

It was an incredible experience to connect with the bright minds at complex and see if there are any future farmers in the making. 🌾💬 Let's continue to sow the seeds of knowledge and inspire the next generation of agricultural leaders in the beautiful US Virgin Islands! 🇻🇮💡

Had the fantastic opportunity to speak to the students at Woodson Junior High about the importance of agriculture in schools and the countless opportunities it brings. 📚🌱

Today, we completed the water activation at the Boys and Girls Club farm, marking a significant milestone in our mission to provide farm education for all.

At the heart of our efforts is the belief that every child, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to learn about farming, sustainable practices, and the importance of agriculture. By engaging young minds in hands-on experiences at the farm, we aim to cultivate a generation passionate about environmental stewardship and healthy living.

Today, we had a fantastic day at Claude O Markoe Elementary School! Over 100 plants were successfully transplanted, with many more to come. We even had a little harvest of passion fruit, cassava, and hibiscus! 🌺
