Puppies... and we have a lot of them.
When I first started volunteering at the shelter, there were puppies and a lot of them haven't left the shelter 🥺
From people saving them from the meat market, their mothers dying to pregnant mothers being saved, being found in the trash and many more reasons. We have lots of puppies.

Puppies are cute and small but please remember they wil GROW, some will stay small some will grow into big dogs. 🤔 I remind everyone of this because that's how some of the larger dogs have ended up at the shelter.
However, if you would like a puppy, the puppies are ready for their forever homes.

Please note, we will have to do an adoption interview and we can't guarantee what breed/size they are as sometimes we may only know the mother and sometimes we don't have that information. All puppies will need house training, toilet training, leash training.

Pug and I have been super busy lately, but we're back on social media.

1. We won't have any pop ups or attending any fairs until September, because the summer heat and a few of the volunteers away on their summer breaks.
2. We'll be organising another trip to the shelter for July in the next couple of weeks, please send us a message if you'd like to attend.
3. If you'd like to adopt please visit our Chuong My shelter, just send us a message to book your visit.
4. I think most of our foster dogs have been adopted so if you can foster please send us a message (I'll create a post about the guidlines soon)

Sweet sweet Gracie has found her forever home.
We got worried for a minute it wasn't going to happen before her foster mum had to leave but a family came through.

Sweet Ngap is still in the shelter.
She came to the shelter when she was a puppy, and she'll be turning 4.
In the shelter, they get washed but she's always a bit dirty with a little patch of a skin condition. She's a bit chonky and needs a good walk.
But this sweet thing will always come up to you and try to be the first for head scratches.
She will need training in every aspect but I can't explain how loving this dog is.
If you're looking for a new best friend, and you can give her the time and you have the space. Ngap is STILL looking for her forever home.

Usually, I’m posting in search of a loving home for Colette, but not today.

Colette spent her entire life as a breeding dog. When she was no longer wanted, she was sold, and eventually found herself in a shelter. Fragile, elderly, and confused, she needed a soft place to land. We put out a plea for a foster home, and thankfully, one kind family stepped forward.

She’s been with them ever since. We received a few enquiries along the way, but nothing concrete. Then, I got the message from the foster family that made my heart melt:
“We’d like to adopt Colette.”

Just like that, this beautiful girl who had known so little love now has a forever home to spend her golden years.

Thank you for giving her the love she's waiting her whole life for 💖

This dog was reported by a driver. One time he took me to rescue a dog and took my phone number and he called me back because he had a dog and he wanted to give it to me. He told me that this dog belonged to his neighbor and the reason they didn't want to keep this dog anymore was because they judged that this dog was very stupid and often stole food, so they told him to take it home to raise it. However, his house was too small and there was no room to raise it so he gave it to me and sadly one of its eyes was very badly injured and today I decided to take it to the clinic so it could get help from a doctor. Unfortunately, the dog's eye mucosa was physically damaged and could not be restored so it had to be amputated. The dog is currently at the vet. It needs a place to stay tomorrow because it has not been vaccinated. The clinic did not want to keep it in the hospital. They advised me to find a safe place for it. Not living with too many dogs. It is given individual care and antibiotics/anti-inflammatories twice a day. If you can help, please help us take care of this poor baby because the shelter is overloaded. It would be a pity if it had to return to the shelter. If you can help, please message me. Besides helping to take care of it, you can also help us with a little money to pay for veterinary fees for the puppies. Thank you for reading the news. Con chó này được một người lái xe báo tin. một lần mà anh ta chở tôi đi cứu chó đã lấy sdt của tôi . anh ta gọi liên lạc lại với tôi là bởi vì anh ta có một con chó và anh ta muốn đưa nó cho tôi. con chó này là của hàng xóm nhà anh ta và họ không muốn nuôi con chó này nữa là vì họ đánh giá là con chó này rất ngu và thường xuyên ăn vụng, vì thế họ nói là anh ta hãy đem nó về để mà nuôi, Tuy nhiên nhà anh ta quá chật hẹp bên không có chỗ để nuôi nó. vì thế anh ta đã chuyển nó cho tôi và thật đáng buồn là một bên mắt của nó bị thương rất là nặng và ngày hôm nay thì tôi đã quyết định chuyển nó đến phòng khám để nó được bác sỹ giúp đỡ. Thật đáng tiếc phần niêm mạc mắt của con chó bị tác động vật lý mạnh đã vỡ không có khả năng phục hồi nên buộc phải cắt bỏ. hiện tại con chó đang ở thú y. nó cần 1chỗ ở ngay ngày mai vì nó chưa được tiêm phòng . phòng khám không muốn giữ nó lại nội trú. họ khuyên tôi nên tìm 1 nơi ở an toàn cho nó. không sống với quá nhiều chó. được chăm sóc riêng và cho uống thuốc kháng sinh/ chống viêm 2lần / 1ngày. nếu bạn có thể giúp xin giúp đỡ chúng tôi chăm sóc cho em bé tội nghiệp này vì nhà chung đang quá tải. rất tội cho nghiệp nếu nó buộc trở về nhà chung. nếu có thể giúp đỡ xin ib cho tôi. bên cạch việc giúp chăm sóc bạn cũng có thể giúp chúng tôi chút ít tiền để chi trả phí thú y cho các bé chó. biết ơn bạn đã đọc tin. xin chia sẻ để em bé được giúp đỡ kịp thời nhất
