Handsome Boxer dog “THOR” has just completed his long journey from Bogotá, Colombia to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this week excellently 👏🏻. We cleared him through customs and veterinary at SGN airport quickly and delivered him to his pawrents’ residence in Saigon on the same arrival morning. THOR was super excited and happy reuniting with his owners in Vietnam.

Starting the new year 2024 with our nice work today 😊
Our client is currently away from Vietnam on New Year holidays. He booked our pet sitter service at home for one week as he doesn’t want his cats to stay at a pet boarding kennel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our staff has come to the client’s apartment once a day to clean the cats’ toilet, fill up the food and water, comb hairs, cuddle, play and give excersise to the lovely cats. We also check the temperature of the air-conditioner of the apartment to make sure the cats lives comfortably at home.

Pets moving out of Vietnam must do health check-up at our government veterinarian’s office pre-flight to get international health certificates. Our team pick up the pets at the owners’ houses in Ho Chi Minh City, transport them to the Department of Animal Health in HCMC, comfort the adorable creatures during the vet check and drive them back to their owners on the same morning. This veterinary check is carried out 2 days before the pets fly out of Vietnam.

NUBZ, the sweet Boxer boy, travelled 500 km from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Yen province on our private climate controlled vehicle this week. Our driver made several stops for bathroom breaks and walk. We made the ground transport in the evening so the weather was not hot for this dog’s breed. NUBZ was calm and quiet during his journey and reached his destination in great spirits. He was welcomed warmly and received lots of cuddles from his owner.

Our client is on a business trip out of Vietnam. He booked our pet sitter home service for 6 days as he doesn’t want his cat to stay at a pet boarding kennel in Ho Chi Minh City when he is away.

NIKKIE, a very sweet Cane Corso dog, had to relocate from Bangkok to Da Nang City, Vietnam. She took a flight of Thai Airways from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City 2 days ago. We cleared her through import customs at SGN airport promptly and brought her to a pet boarding kennel in Saigon. NIKKIE had a very good time with her new friends in Vietnam. She had a good sleep & rest at the pet kennel to be fit for her long drive from HCMC to Da Nang on the following day because she could not take a domestic flight from HCMC to Da Nang due to her weight.
NIKKIE said good bye to her friends in Saigon yesterday and went to Da Nang on our air-conditioner van. Our driver made many stops on the way so NIKKIE could get out of the van to walk, drink water & eat. After 955 km on the road, NIKKIE arrived in Da Nang safe and sound this morning. She was super happy while reuniting with her owners in Da Nang 🇻🇳

TI travelled from Ho Chi Minh City to Incheon last week. She has been staying in Korea for a week and has just done the required rabies titer test for entering Australia. Right after we received the result of this test, we will apply for AUS import permit for TI’s entry into Australia.
In the meantime, TI is being looked after very well by our partner in Korea. She loves cuddles and play time with the cat sitters at the pet boarding facility in Korea. Her owner has been updated frequently with her beautiful photos and lovely videos.

The little cat Calypso is relocating from Guangzhou to Hanoi where his pawrents are taking new work assignment. There is no international flight from Guangzhou that can carry pets to Vietnam. We made arrangements for Calypso to fly from Guangzhou to Shanghai where he has been staying for a month to get the new vaccination and export documents in order to go to Vietnam. Our partner in Shanghai booked a very nice and comfortable room for Calypso in Shanghai. He has been looking after very well and receiving lots of love and cuddles from the pet-sitter while his pawrents are unable to be with him.
Calypso will take a flight from Shanghai to Hanoi next week and will reunite with his pawrents in a few days.
