Ole is honorary member of the Danish Kennel Club and has been member of the general committee for 25 years. Ole is also honorary member of the Great Dane Club in Denmark and has been member of the general committee of this club for 36 years. Ole's wife Tove has been a very successful breeder of Boxer and Lhasa Apso with the Palomino prefix and has won the Dog of the Year title in Denmark twice with the outstanding Lhasa Apso Saxonspring Famous Flier. Tove and Ole’s daughter Camilla is the third generation on Blaaholm and has represented Denmark as juniorhandler at Crufts and have for a couple of years been Breeder of the Year in Denmark with Norwich Terrier. Today Blaaholm is solely focusing on breeding and showing Great Danes.
