I had the day off today, and I chose to spend it Mantrailing with a fellow Instructor.

Pioneer Acres in Irricana was an amazing location for Mantrailing. It was a huge bonus to be able to do a private tour and learn about the history of the area and all the amazing people who dedicate their time and talent to caring for the Museum.

Thank you very much Angel, and thank you very much to the Museum Staff for such a wonderful day of Mantrailing.

Tonight's Mantrailing pups, in order from tallest to smallest: Sasha, Brodie and Louis.

I adore watching such a wide variety of ages, stages and breed types, all do the same thing with ease. Dogs really are so amazing.

Jasper Update!

When you have the worlds greatest Mom, you never want to be apart. If you actually have the world's greatest Mom, you rarely have to be! Jasper and his Mom are currently on vacation doing a tour of Western Canada. How cool is that!

These two have been working SO HARD this summer and make huge strides every time I see them. They have more than earned a vacation for some much needed rest and connection time. See you soon guys!

We have a new Mantrailer in the club!!!!

Keko was a natural today. She and her Mom have been looking for a way to spend quality time in a safe and controlled environment since Keko became part of the family.

With just a few accomodations, Keko and her Mom had a great time getting a feel for the game; and frankly nailing their first 3 trails. They even got some bonus socializing in with my toddler and some surprise doggie guests to the trail! None of that was enough to throw Keko off her quickly emerging a-game.

Keko brought her Dad to class too. Her Dad was such an enthusiastic trail layer! He was laying in long grass, hiding behind garbage bins and corners. 10/10, sir!

All in all this family is such a sweet and talented Mantrailing team. Can't wait to see Keko at club in the coming weeks!

Well, we showed up ready for sun for tonights Club session 🤷‍♀️. With 4 dogs on rotation we were prepared to keep the dogs cool between trails with our shades.

Around the time we finished up our 3rd trails, the wind picked up and the moodiest clouds rolled in.

It was a bit too gusty tonight to push through, and the rain fell in buckets not drops. But it sure was fun while the sun was out.

Pawsadmin Improvement!

The IT crew over at our client portal have made some updates to the Report Card tab. Private clients will now see the title of the document as well as the date it was sent. It's a great update.

I may be a little excited about it. I have sent out 6 reports today already, and am hoping to get a few more in before I go to bed. If you are waiting on notes, keep an eye on your inbox. I'm on a roll!

August Mantrailing dates!

For those who are just getting started, look for those green dates, labeled Intro. Intro sessions will begin at 10am on the dates indicated. Fill out the Registration Form on the website to get going. After your Intro session is complete, you will be eligible to sign up for club sessions as you like.

For those who have completed their Intro's, you are looking for the Club sessions, marked in yellow. Club sessions start at 6pm. You can reserve your spot directly through the client portal, or I would be happy to add it for you.

**This sport is centred entirely around you guys. Everything is able to be accommodated, so that it works for you and your dog. If there is anything you need, please ask for it. I got you.
