Starting from October 1st, we will be adjusting our opening hours .Our new opening hours will be as follows:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Please take note of this change and adjust your schedules accordingly.

Starting oct 1 we kindly request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This change allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and ensures that we can continue to provide the quality service you expect from us.If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me there will be a charge of 20$ on your next appointment bill.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you in case of emergencies. However, your advanced notice helps us manage our schedule more efficiently and serve all our clients promptly.

My spots are limited , so to make sure you have a spot with us please make your appointments for the next few months as soon as possible . Because of the 2 day work schedule if you wait on booking your next appointment this might leave you waiting a few weeks or with no appointment all together !

🚨Matting fee : details bellow 🚨

Hello just to advise all my clients and futur clients a fee of $10 for small and $15 for large dogs will be added to every animal thats come in matted . The matting fee will be determined once the dog/cat is on the grooming table . We strongly recommend brushing your dog on a daily basis to stop this from happening and to keep your animals healthy and happy .
