LOOKING FOR HOMES! Ruby and Felix, Rocky's siblings. They are even stronger and bright-eyed today! I returned their mama to them and I'm hoping she will keep caring for them. If not, the caretakers have been giving them formula and wet food. If you are able to foster or are looking to adopt them, please reach out!! We are willing to transport!!

Another successful Findlay City TNR day! Thank you mayor for making this possible! We caught 19 cats (5 from yours truly) and the VCA will be fixing them all tomorrow! The third picture is Mama Ginger, who made the sweet babies I posted earlier today. Well, no more babies mama!!

The orange and white kitten, his caretakers would really like to see him adopted, not returned outside. 🤞🤞

This was supposed to be a happy post. Last night we caught these babies' mama and since they are eating solid food, I made the decision to go ahead and take mama to be fixed. Friend Amy caught them, I cleaned up their goopy eyes, we fed them and tucked them in for the night on an enclosed porch. Unfortunately, a raccoon got in and injured Rocky, and the decision was made to humanely euthanize.

We are all kicking ourselves. Our fosters, space, time, and energy were all maxed out. We were tired and thought we had more time to find a solution. But the truth is, only 1 in four kittens born outside make it to 6 months old. Unless we can stop the parents from breeding, this keeps happening.

The two remaining kittens still have no place to go. Please share, or consider opening up your home to foster or adopt them.

Six more cats to Canton today! Four from The Hundred Acre Wood and two more from another colony hitched a ride with Ginger! I catch total this week so far is eight from HAW and 12 total!! AND I will be out again tomorrow morning and likely back at HAW on Sunday! Busy week!!

Roo, Christopher, and Owl went off to get fixed today along with one more Hundred Acre Wood cat we believe to be female! We will be back out tonight to attempt to get two more female cats we know don't have kittens right now so 🤞🤞🤞

Thank you Friend Ginger for driving our catches and two from another colony to . She's working so hard this week between driving and catching, we couldn't do it without you!!

This takes our project with up to 17 cats caught!!! A new collab record 😸

Howdy y'all. I'm going to take a few days away from the rescue to recharge. Please be patient if you're trying to contact me and as always, emergencies should be addressed to Animal Control, the Humane Society, or an emergency vet. Friends of Felix is a one person organization and I am not a medical professional. See y'all in a few days!

Editing this to add, I work a full-time job. The rescue is done in my spare time, on my own dime or with donations from you all. The volunteers donate time and money to get this work done, and there is a VERY small group of us. If you've asked for help and I haven't gotten to you, or haven't been able to finish your area, please know for every cat we fixed I get asked to help with about 25 others. We care, we want to help, there just aren't enough of us to go around.

URGENT! looking for a fosters or homes for 2 kittens, about 11-12 weeks old. Unsure of genders but they are friendly!! The caretaker believes they were dumped ☹️

These brave girls got their booster vaccines today. THEN my brakes went out 😅🫠 Thank you AAA Roadside assistance for rescuing my car, Friend Zoe for rescuing me and the babies, and for letting us chill out in the AC to wait for our ride.

We only cried once 🥲
