Alley Cat Guardians Alley Cat Guardians, a non-profit, has officially closed its low-cost spay/neuter clinic and the organization is withdrawing its non-profit status.

Alley Cat Guardian closed their doors in 2013. For several years the non-profit Alley Cat Guardian worked to humanely reduce the number of free-roaming cats in the greater Stanislaus county area by promoting Trap/Netuer/Return. Through low-cost sterilization and vaccination clinics, Alley Cat Guardians empowered compassionate individuals to control their neighborhood free-roaming cat populations a

nd provide those cats with a safe and healthy living environment. Implementation of a complete TNR program confronts cat overpopulation at its root and provided our community with a life-saving alternative to impounding and euthanizing free-roaming cats.
