We would like to officially Welcome Madi Ann to the Belle Cheval Training team! We hope you Love it here at Centre Pointe Training Stables LLC as much as we do!

Madi will be helping to make the horses look their best and joining Karen in working horses while growing her own skills and freeing up time so that we are able to take in more horses for training! We are so happy to have you working with us Madi!!

Yesterday I did chores in a tank top with temps at 69°. Today I slid on the road 3 times on my way to the barn! Crazy weather! ❄️❄️

What an absolutely perfect day on the trails. As promised, I said if the weather held after OKC , I'd take some friends on the trails. Lake Rebecca is beautiful this time of year with its golden floor. Made even better by sharing it with good friends!

We said goodbye to OKC once again early this morning. Thank goodness for an extra early start because some things never change.... like our luck with tires! 2 tires on one side of the trailer blew ar one time! Thank goodness we met some very nice people in Perry, OK who met us at the shop to put on 2 new tires and get us on the road again!

While Eppy and I didn't get a ribbon in the WC class, she rode the best she's ever been and I couldn't be more proud of all of our horses! Till next year MGNWC! ❤️

Totally Epic "Eppy" was totally Epic yesterday. She had 2 classes, 1 lady's amateur class with Donna (5th place) and 1 Lady's class with me (6th place) which qualified us both for the WC classes!

When showing at any show, having a horse come up sore and having to make the decision to continue on or pull out is incredibly hard and such a let down...When showing at a show like Morgan Grand Nationals and World Championships, it is the hardest decision ever. After having 2 beautiful tests with Brody, earning them 2 Reserve National Championships, Kenzie and Foxy tried their turn at classical Dressage. After just 1/3 of their test was done, the judge saw something off in Foxy's gait just a little bit a couple of times. She DQ'd them. Sad and frustrated, we had the vet check Foxy out. He cleared her, and we readied her for Kenzie's tests the next morning, including massage! But in warm-up, we noticed she was much more off. She could show, it wasn't noticeable when she moved out. But I'm proud to say Kenzie called it despite show people telling her she could still do her tests. My heart swells to know that our kids put their horses 1st. Brody was scheduled to test on her as well. We did put the western saddle on her to see if that would make a difference. Amazingly it did! She looked much better! But Brody called it and scratched her from her tests. Brody and Foxy were on track to at least win Reserve World Champion, if not World Champion. But he had to complete test 4 and he hadn't done that one yet. I'm super proud of Brody and Kenzie, who I'm sure would have done amazing as well, for caring more about their horse and her health than Roses and Ribbons

In other news, Max (Seasons French Commander GCH) won 2 National Championships and took 3rd in his other 2 tests placing him 3rd in the World Championships this year. Ben (NSS Legendary) won Reserve National Champion in one test and 3rd in his other 2, placing him 3rd in the world in his level as well! Eppy (Totally Epic) and Donna had their first round in the coliseum last night in the Amateur Masters class. A big chaotic class! The Chaos was contagious, and Eppy showed a bit of her sassy side. She will have 2 more chances tomorrow in the Amateur Ladies with Donna and the Open Ladies with Karen.
