Guardians are mainly young professionals & key workers, the criteria are they must be over 21, working, no criminal record & of good character, no children and no pets. Guardians living in a property are granted a non-periodic, non exclusive licence to occupy -they are NOT TENANTS and therefore have no rights of tenancy & only need to be given 14 days notice to leave at anytime (in some cases it is 28 days depending on the initial terms agreed with the client)
