I decided to put the video of Saeu's first accupuncture session. From that first session it was evident it had improved his mobility. :) This little boy almost died a few times, but his Spirit and love of life were impossible to deny. He's alive only because of the dedication of Last Chance for Korean Dogs, they took this sweet little boy for treatments 2-3 times a week for months to get him better. Were it not for them, Saeu would be dead. Bless them for their compassion and dedication. So when you see videos of Saeu stumbling, bumbling and bobbing, it's his version of normal. We are hoping CBD oil and some other supplements might get rid of more of his neurological tics. It and some other supplements are illegal in So Korea. Considering the shape Saeu was in, that he can walk at all is a miracle. Thank you LDKD, Seonae and David for loving this boy so very much. Big hugs to you and prayers for your broken hearts as you say goodbye to this little angel you have cared for for 6 months. <3 Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Father <3

Purple Ark Rescue & Sanctuary

We have been doing private rescue out of our home for 20 yrs. We take in elderly and/or ailing dogs as space permits. The minute we take one in, he or she becomes family and will live with us until the Good Lord calls them home. We DO NOT adopt out. We form very strong bonds with our rescues over the course of treating and rehabilitating them. As a result we feel placing them after all that would shake their sense of security. They have already been through so much before they reach us, it simply doesn’t feel right to us. It’s a personal choice.
