Happy Sunday - hope you are all having a great weekend.
We are posting today with news that will likely not make you smile, but we have postponed the inevitable for as long as we can. Prices at WAGS have gone up. We have absorbed the additional costs associated with our supplies for almost 2 full years and can not continue to do so if we want to stay in business. Please know that we have tried to avoid this all together, but there's no way for us to continue as we have been. Hoping for your understanding and we will do our best to get this info to you in several ways to make sure you're as informed as possible before booking your next appt. We do apologize for the not so great news.

Taking the lead from a family in the neighborhood and realizing that we have amazing customers that might also feel the same way we do, we will be working to help our city animal shelter to get needed items. We are attaching wish lists from the shelter and the link if you'd like to donate directly to them. We are also more than happy to collect any items like pet food/crates/litter/toys/leashes if you want to bring something to your appts. We will definitely do this through 12/31 and plan to make this a regular occurrence.

Happy Monday!
The scheduling app has gotten good feedback, so we have decided to keep it but we do need to ask you for one thing - when booking an appt, please book with your pets first name(s). It will help us distinguish who's coming in especially for those of you with multiple pets and new pets. Thank you!

BUT.....most importantly.....beginning next week we will start reserving Thursdays as BATH DAYS. Marybeth (Matt's sister) has been the bather here for a while and is very familiar with each of your pets, so Thursdays will be HER days from now on. She will be the one you will see and we will only accept bath appts those days. She has worked very hard and we so appreciate everything she's done to help us with this business. So, please comment to say Hi to Marybeth and get ready to see the better looking of the Bucy's more often. Have a great night and week!!
