Simply send me a message, or email me at [email protected] so that we can begin discussing the item or items that you are wanting.

* Average wait time is about 10-15 business days!

* At this time I only accept PayPal for payment. NOTE: If you cancel your order AFTER the nametapes have been made there will be a $3 charge per nametape. I STRIVE to make sure my customers are 100% happy. If you are not happy I will always fix anything for free, and of course if you are COMPLETELY unsatisfied (which has NEVER happened) I will give you a full refund :)

All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.

* Shipping takes on average 3-5 days.

* Standard shipping cost is $3. POLICY ♥
* If you have had your product for over 30 days I will not replace the product.

* If you receive your product and you want to return it for ANY REASON it must be done so within the first 48 hrs of you getting it.

* I post pictures of ALL the orders on my page AHEAD of time so you should be able to see your product there before I ship it out to make sure its EXACTLY how you want :)
