First time to the doggie bath in Osoyoos’ new pet store. If you haven’t been - please stop in. And don’t worry, pricing is more like PetSmart.

Even tried out their bath set up and highly recommended. I thought it would be like Bosley’s but it was more like a car wash!! Quick and easy and only cost $10. Will be back with Bud next weekend.

Star is doing great. First daily routine was today and she did great.
Mom was a Rottweiler and dad was Polish Lowland Sheepdog!! Star is 23 inches at shoulders at only 6 months old.

Her name is Star and parents were Rottweiler and Polish Lowland Sheepdog. She is 6 months old. I am happier now.

Penticton RCMP asking for public's help in locating a local man

The Penticton RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Penticton resident, who was last seen on Thursday.

Police are looking for 48-year-old Bradley Nichol and are very concerned for his health and well-being.

The family reported that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long.

Nichol is described as a caucasian male, standing 6'1" and weighing around 232 lbs (105 kg). He is bald and has blue eyes.

Nichol was last seen wearing blue pants, a black long sleeve shirt, grey running shoes, a black North Face rain jacket and carrying a grey Herschel lap top bag.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nichol is urged to contact their local police, or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Did another first this weekend and still on an adrenaline high!! Ron’s car wasn’t running well so he sat these races out but I raced the Trailblazer. That’s right - and I made it all the way to the Sportsman final. What a rush and love this as to win you are racing yourself. I lost because I jumped the gun but got a amazing runner up prize of a one night set at the Walnut Beach Resort plus some money for food at their lovely restaurant.
Thank you to WINE COUNTRY RACING ASSOCIATION for putting this great event that anyone can do.

Sandy Floyd I picked some of my apples this year. 😉 This was my first pick of apples this year and to my surprise - I think they are Honeycrisp!! Have another flat still on tree and going to let them ripen just a bit more.
