Feel free to contact me if you do not have a Paypal account - they are simple to set up. Payments due within 3 days of purchase. Items will be shipped once the invoice has been paid. If using ECheck on Paypal (payment from your bank account), items will be shipped once the payment has cleared. Each item is hand wrapped, packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment. If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, please contact me. My goal is to have happy customers! Please let me know about the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. If there is a problem with craftsmanship, I can refund your money minus the shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned. Repairs are available as well. Cost varies depending on materials needed to make the repairs. Are the browbands Durable? Yes! Each browband is double (sometimes triple) strung on steel, nylon coated wire. Each wire is secured on both ends with two crimps, and coated twice with a sealant that binds the crimps to the wire for better durability. They can handle a lot! The browband is never a point of pressure on the bridle, so it won’t weaken over time. What size are the browbands? The standard browband size is 16”. Custom sizing is available. How does the browband attach to the bridle? A set of handmade leather ends are included with each order. They screw onto the ends of the browband and slide onto the bridle as a normal browband would. They come in:

-For Western Bridles with a Throat Latch

-For Western Bridles without a Throat Latch
