Weve been asked to help this sweet boy

I want to note that resource guarding is a normal dog behavior. Any dog can suddenly resource guard whether they have been trained or not. It can happen to any dog at any time at any age! The best way to mitigate is to feed separately and work on positive association with feeding times. Time and trust also helps this issue.

Sweet Hazel (babs) is fixed chipped vaxxed and ready to go!

These two boys both 5 months old will be joining us here in about a week or so. They currently have a foster but are immediately available for adoption!

These boys are both dog friendly and very sweet natured! We suspect they would be fine with young kids but may have puppy tendencies. Like jumping or excessive licking or play nibbling. It is important to note that these are normal and common puppy behaviors. They can absolutely be trained to not trample over people and respect boundaries.

They will be getting basic obedience training and crate training while with foster. We may have kennels we can provide for potential adopters but they will likely grow out of them quickly so its not a guarantee that we will be able to supply them for adopters.
All dogs adopted will come with food bowls, leash, collar and vaccine and chip records. As well as any other important medical records.

Sweet Athena (yoti) is relisted as available for adoption. This girl loves to run around! We recommend a big fenced property for her to roam!

Athena and her brother were dumped in the desert near Spokane Washington a few weeks ago. Since then she was transferred to our rescue from another rescue. They have both put on healthy weight and are finishing their vaccines. Athena will get a spay soon and she will be ready to go!

This poor cat has been spotted in Burien WA. He or she has a severe infection on its head and walks very poorly. Is likely in severe pain. We have confirmation on an area where the cat hangs out. We will be going out tomorrow to secure.

This will likely be a huge medical case.

UPDATE! He was rescued by Muddy House For Paws Rescue !

Sweet Cooper was abandoned in a kennel facility by his owners. If we can't take him the facility will be setting him free to the streets to fend for himself.

In order for us to take him we need a foster committment.

We are told his temperament is very calm and mellow. We dont know much else but he has been vaccinated.
He is believed to be a pit and shar pei mix?
Hes getting neutered in a week

UPDATE!!!!

Yoti was transferred to another vet hospital. And before doing the surgery they decided to do 1 more test. A f***l test. Which ended up resulting in two parasitic infections! Giarrdia and Clamploybacter. Giarrdia we have delt with before but not clamploybacter. So now we are awaiting the vets treatment plan now. Which has drastically changed.

Yotis adopters have been working hard rehabbing this sweet girl. A muzzle has been ordered to prevent this issue in the future. And additional training and time will be needed to work on this issue. I dont blame her for eating what she can find. She was left to die in the desert near spokane.

Alright fam! Urgent urgent urgent!
Sweet Athena, recently adopted and renamed Yoti, has a foreign body bowel obstruction! We arent sure what she ate but we know shes been trying to eat non edible stuff for a few weeks. The adopters have done an amazing job at working on this issue with sweet Yoti but shes a sneaky girl. They have had more than 2 ER vet visit expenses for this girl and now she needs surgery. Everything is maxxed out! We are asking for donations to cover this sweet girls surgery.
Vet estimate is for Sumner ER Vet in Sumner Washington.
Surgery is estimated 4,000 to 5,100. Xrays 489 and exam fee is 230.

Meet Luca!

A 2 yr old male husky. He is dog and people friendly.
Lucas owners are unable to keep him any longer. This boy is an escape artist. And he keeps chasing the neighbors cats. (Not good with cats)
The neighbors are complaining and if the owners can't find a place to take him they have stated they have no other choice but to euthanize him.

These boys are smart and learning fast already. A little timid but they do open up to you quickly.
These boys were dumped by a river. One has been secured by a rescue/shelter program. But the other 3 need rescue asap!

This sweet girl was rescued by another rescue that is beyond full. As we all are. She and her siblings all fell down with parvo. Her two siblings did not make it yesterday. Dear compassionate individuals,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to seek your help. Autumn Leaves, a newer rescue organization, is currently facing significant challenges. Although we are diligently supported by dedicated volunteers, we lack the resources to provide the care and support our furry friends urgently need.

We await our full charity status from the IRS. However, this status is merely a matter of time and does not diminish the urgency of our current situation. We are however incorporated as a Washington Nonprofit Corporation under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act.

We are in desperate need of supplies and financial support. Unlike other rescues, we do not have a facility to house the animals we rescue. Instead, we rely on foster parents to provide love and care until we can find them permanent homes. Regrettably, our financial resources are extremely limited, and our funding primarily comes from our own dedicated volunteers. This is simply not sustainable.

We are on the verge of taking in more dogs that may face the prospect of being placed in a shelter if we cannot find them homes. This is not a question of if, but rather how we can prevent this from happening.

Your contributions are crucial at this time. If you are able to donate or provide a temporary home as a foster parent, or better yet, if you are considering adopting, please reach out to us. We are determined to work with you to save the lives of these innocent animals. The majority of our animals come from shelters where they faced the risk of being euthanized due to lack of space. Your support will give them a fighting chance at a better life.

Sweet Nala is in urgent need of a foster!
