Uber-shy Apollo heads home with his new mom Cindy. A quiet home, single mom, and two cats to be friends with (if they want to). They live in Salem.
Hello from Casa Conway, aka Puppy Central. For those of you who haven't heard, right after Christmas Salem Dogs took in four little newborn puppies who had been abandoned and then saved by Good Samaritans. Initially Cindy Barnett took two of the pups and we here at Casa Conway took the other two. Thank you Cindy! Last Friday we got the band back together to live at the Casa. Today Auntie Diane got them a large mama dog and they fell in love. From left to right we have Sky, Barrel, Dante and Crate.
Barrel is the chunk and Dante is the runt but they are joined at the tail and both of them are affectionately known as Big and Little Pig Pen because they love to roll and sleep in...you guessed it😋
Meanwhile Crate and Sky are duking it out to be Alpha Puppy of the Playpen. They usually call it a draw and pile up together for a snooze.
All four pups are being carefully watched over and cleaned up by our four Doxie girls with LeeLoo taking point as Head Nanny. No back talk or puppy growling is allowed or so LeeLoo tells them.
Adventures are in store for them. They are weighing in between 3-4 pounds and are just about a month old. Don't know the breed unless the rare Exotic Food Snarfer is a new AKC entry in which case we have four😂😂😂
Paloma's Marauder Puppies get herded by the 4 Doxie Aunties for an exploration of the living room. The pool is their dining hall😂
Paloma's pups are at the "reeking havoc" age.
Merry Christmas from Casa Conway Puppy World! The play partner is our 12 year old Diaper Warrior and Puppy Auntie and Groomer, LeeLoo, living her best life with puppies. Enjoy!

Update on Peanut: She had her surgery on the 19th and it went as well as can be expected. She is wearing a compression bandage and taking painkillers and antibiotics. Peanut is eating and drinking well. Every once in a while she bumps or strains the wound and squeaks loudly. For the most part, she is resting. This is a video of her chomping on a biscuit. Thanks again all who donated to her surgery.
Sunnie has obviously done this before. Be we have never done it together. I was totally surprised.
Quick Video of Bella on her walk.

Kirby helping to open a wine box. We know that most scoff at wine in a box, but we don't have a corkscrew. Anyway, Kirby doesn't have thumbs.
Kandy's kids.
Kandy's pups; Noel, Holly, and Jingle can be seen on Saturday at Nature's Pet Market in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center on Liberty St. in S. Salem. From 10 to 2 PM they will be in the front window area doing their "thing"--playing, sleeping, eating, drinking, and generally being adorable. Information on how to adopt will be provided.
