We specialize in second chances by intercepting equines across the country before entering the slaughter pipeline such as kill buyers or feedlots.

OEI specializes in second chances by intercepting equines across the country before they can enter the slaughter pipeline such as kill buyers or feedlots. We have three barns nationwide. These barns are located in Arizona, Tennessee, and Texas. OEI intercepts each horse from the pipeline and evaluates them. Each horse is then matched to a new job and a new owner giving them a second chance! If a

horse needs to be vetted, receive dental care, farrier services, needs wound treatment, or training we will provide it, and anything else a horse may need. In the event that a horse in unable to be placed we will do whats right for the horse but will never return it to the pipeline or put it in danger of entering it again.
