Just a little bit about us ... Little River Friesians is a budding breeding operation nestled on a four thousand acre plantation in Havana, FL. The property was purchased in 2007 by, Mike Fernandez, and developed into a stunning facility which includes two barns, an indoor arena, miles of trails, and over sixty acres of rolling pastures. However, Little River’s main attraction is not the beautiful

ly manicured grounds but the caliber Friesians which reside on it. Our current breeding stock includes four model mares, 2013 national champion, and a preferent ster first premium mare. From this foundation of exemplary mares, and selective breeding, Little River aspires to produce quality Friesians which posses the character and athleticism to excel in a wide variety of disciplines.
