Happy New Year!

No big speeches. Just appreciation for another year spent learning alongside our dogs.

Last year reminded us that progress isn’t loud. It shows up in the small moments—better timing, clearer communication, and choosing patience when things don’t go as planned.

This year, we keep moving forward.

Building steady habits.

Creating calmer days.

Becoming better listeners for the dogs who depend on us.

Here’s to another year of showing up and doing the work, one walk, one rep, one choice at a time. 🐾

As we close out 2025, I want to say thank you to everyone who trusted us with their dogs this year.

Some journeys were smooth.
Some were challenging.
Both mattered.

The wins reminded us why we do this.
The tough cases taught us how to do it better.

Every dog, every setback, every breakthrough pushed us to grow as trainers and helped dog parents become more informed, more patient, and more confident.

Here’s to 2026—more understanding, better communication, and more transformed dog parents.

Sometimes, it’s easy to focus on the moments that didn’t go as planned—but when it comes to our dogs, every small win counts.

From learning new commands to simply showing up and giving them love, patience, and attention—these are the things that made this year special. 🐾

Here’s to carrying that dedication into 2026, making each day with our pups a little calmer, a little happier, and a lot more meaningful.

Duck is one of my go-to protein options for dogs.

It’s nutrient-dense and provides iron, zinc, and B vitamins that support energy, skin, and coat health.

Because it’s naturally higher in fat than lean proteins, it works especially well for active dogs and those who need a little extra support in their diet.

Duck is also less common in commercial foods, which means some dogs with sensitivities tolerate it better.

It’s not hypoallergenic, but it can be a smart option when rotating proteins or avoiding overused ingredients.

Most dogs love the taste, which makes duck helpful for picky eaters.

I like pairing duck with leafy greens to support digestion and balance richer proteins.

Simple, thoughtful food choices can make a real difference over time.

This is what real training looks like.

Not flashy. Not loud.

Just dogs who know how to switch off.

That kind of calm doesn’t happen by accident.

Drop a 🐾 if this is the goal for you and your dog.

Yeah… I know. I just crushed your dreams of a world where treats and cuddles solve everything. 🍪😂

Look, your dog loves you — but sometimes love doesn’t equal obedience.

Training is about brains over bribes, consistency over cuteness, and yes… sometimes your ego takes a hit too.

Don’t worry — I promise I didn’t say you can’t cuddle your dog.

I just said that bribes won’t magically teach manners. 😎🐾

Sound familiar? 😅

Here’s the reality — dogs don’t need a “pack leader” myth. What they need is clear communication, consistency, and boundaries.

Treats alone won’t earn respect; respect is built through guidance and leadership.

With the right approach, your dog can be attentive, responsive, and confident — just like the amazing dogs in our pack. 🐶❤️

💡 Drop a 🐾 in the comments if your dog does any of these.

No pressure, no perfection, just time with the ones who make our days better.

Grateful for every dog, every owner, and every wag that made this year a good one.

Wishing you a warm, joyful Christmas filled with snowy walks, muddy paws, happy tails, and a whole lot of love 🐶❤️❄️

Here are some other potty training tips every pup parent should know 🐾

✅ Reward on the Spot – Praise or treat the moment they go. Timing is key to helping them connect the dots.

✅ Keep Them Supervised – Don’t let them roam free until routines are solid. A crate or close supervision helps prevent accidents.

❌ Don’t Wait for a Signal – Some pups give no warning at all. Be proactive and stay ahead of accidents.

❌ Don’t Let Them Just Roam Outside – Sniffing around isn’t potty time. Keep them on a leash to stay focused.

❌ Don't Yell After the Fact – If you catch an accident mid-stream, redirect. Yelling later won’t help and slows progress.
