🔹 Number 1 Performer: Santa Gertrudis consistently excels in both grassfed and feedlot conditions, making them the ultimate allrounder in beef production. Whether on grass or in the feedlot, these cattle shine with a remarkable weight gain of 1.6 - 2.0 kg/day!

🔹 Outstanding Cutability: With excellent marbling and above-average cutability, Santa Gertrudis cattle are in high demand at auctions and feedlots. Plus, they have the added benefit of being Polled, reducing labour and management challenges. 👏

🔹 Medium Frame Beefs: Mature bulls weigh in at 900kg+, while mature cows average 530kg, all while maintaining fantastic conformation and a solid beef production profile.

🔹 Adaptability: Found flourishing across South Africa, Santa Gertrudis cattle are built to thrive in a variety of conditions, from veld to feedlot!

🔹 Hardiness & Longevity: These cattle are exceptional foragers with excellent walking ability, and cows can produce top-quality calves until the age of 13-15 years!
