Do you know the 5 stages of your puppy's growth? Newborn Stage (0-2 weeks) - Puppies are still blind & deaf Transitional Stage (2-4 weeks) - Puppies start responding to sounds, light & movement. Their teeth start to come through. Socialization Stage (4-12 weeks) - Puppies senses develop very quickly. It's important for them to stay with their mother. Puppies are normally weaned off their mother's milk onto puppy food. Juvenile Stage (3-6 months) - At 4 months they are already 2/3 of their adult size. This is when they become more independent and start to test authority. Adolescent Stage (6-18 months) - The final stage of puppy development. Puppies are very active at this stage. This is normally the time you can spay your dog.
