Many of you might remember Cody from our recent case dockets. Cody was recently rescued by the Bloemfontein SPCA inspectorate team after he was ill-treated by his owner.

Cody is still under medical treatment at the Bloemfontein SPCA, and he is doing just fine.

We all know just how freezing it was on Friday evening. This poor girl was either knocked by a car or got terribly injured in some other way. Zastron is out of the area for Bloemfontein SPCA. However, Inspector Lucky Olifant was of the opinion that we could not leave her in pain like that to freeze to death when she would be unable to get up after lying down. In the challenging weather, Inspector Olifant took on the journey to Zastron to end further suffering for this poor animal. All animals matter. Thank you to the person who called this in. No more suffering. Thank you, Inspector Lucky Olifant!

✨️Happy Tail Update✨️ MEET THE LATEST SIBLING DUO! When our Bloemfontein SPCA Border Collie girl, Skye, met her new x Malinois, Australian Cattle dog sister, Ruby, for the first time at their meet and greet, we weren't sure what to expect... BUT, it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT ON Skye's ARRIVAL AT HER NEW HOME. (and playtime!) Since arriving at her new home , these two have been inseparable, playing, cuddling, and getting into all sorts of mischief together! It's clear they're meant to be the best of friends! We are pleased that you were welcomed to your family, and by your new furry sister! You're already bringing so much joy and love to your new family! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Lombard for giving Skye a deserving forever new home. ✨️🐾🙏 Happy Dance! #adoptdontshop
